Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

beautifull location. the apartment was clean and very organised. the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. also the folders about the the region are useful. we as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids had all the necessary things and more. we really recommend this stay to anyone whether solo or as a family. we had a great time, and the appartement has really everything you need

Great stay in Levanto! The apartment is very well located: in the city center and close to restaurants, pastry shops, etc. but also the train station and the beach! Levanto is a lovely city with a very nice beachfront. In addition, the proximity of the Cinque Terre and the ease of access by train were very convenient! This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend this apartment and visiting Levanto. Check-in and out was simple. The place was perfect for our family of 7. Its location was excellent with a short walk from the train station. Mauro was extremely helpful walking us through the house and then later giving us great advice for our potential train disruption the day of departure. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was light ,clean and comfortable . My wife was struggling with knee and hip arthritis so although the apartment was only up one flight of stairs the lift was helpful. What we liked most about the apartment was its location . It was a short walk to both the beach , town and restaurants. The station is about 10 minute walk away for a relatively fit person and this gives easy access by train to all the cinque terre villages. We did not need a car . Mauro gave us a list of recommended restaurants and the 4 we tried were all excellent . He also gave an indication of price Mauro also organised a taxi to collect us at the end of stay and take us to the station and we found the taxi service to be reliable and courteous. Check in was easy and we arrived at 5 pm on a Sunday which was later than we anticipated but Mauro as waiting for us at the office.

We had a great stay for four, with our two children, in this impeccable accommodation. The apartment is very well located, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom impeccably clean. We particularly enjoyed the immersion in the authentic atmosphere of an Italian village, a real change of scenery. A big thank you to Mauro and his wife for their warm welcome and very clear directions, which greatly facilitated our stay.
