Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, completely immersed in nature. A private road leads you to a country house that is perfect for a couple or small family. The entire property, that sits on 6 hectares of land, is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor space comes complete with a wood burning hot tub. This is also completely private. The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

Rock house

It is a small gem located on the scenic Caporciano road. Partly dug into the rock, it offers views and suggestions that are hard to find. It has two gardens, one outside and one inside in which there is a barbecue. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, a pellet stove and a living room dug into the cave, cool in summer. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

The tent we rent is new and very spacious. The pole in the center allows you to stand in some places. It has a capacity of 4 single mattresses or two queen-size mattresses (up to 140cm each). Inside it is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the facility. use of the kitchen is subject to a daily fee.
