The apartment, totally independent, is on the ground floor of a villa owned, fenced, video monitored and with convenient parking. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes walk to the historic center and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with a bathroom with a second washbasin and washing machine.
