Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Lecce

We just had a wonderful week at Guiliana's house. The pool was pristine, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The house cats and dogs were so calm and friendly, and it felt so homely to have them around. We felt very rested upon returning home and were so grateful for Guiliana's kindness in dropping off delicious pastries one morning and allowing us a late check-out, which made our travel day extra calm. We loved Puglia and will be back.

We loved staying at Casa Della Controra! We were six friends from different parts of the world staying in Puglia together for few days. After we did the reservation we realized there was only one bathroom but actually it was not an issue for us as we are all good friends, very flexible, accommodating and considerate. The communication with Elena was superb as she was always responsive to any questions we had. Grazie Elena!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

We had a great 5 days exploring the area by car. Ersilia was very responsive and gave good recommendations. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a beautiful pool and garden area. Thank you!

What a lovely tucked away little place this is. The appartment is designed with taste, respect for history, all the comfort you could wish for. Kitchen very complete. A lovely flowered terrace to have your morning tea or breakfast. No wifi (yet?), but we did not miss it a bit. (On the nearby Piazza Salandra you can find free wifi). In the heart of the historic centre, with shops, cafes, restaurants, a central supermarket, everything one might think of nearby, just 2 minutes. Yet it is very quiet and secluded. Nardò itself is very elegant and pleasant. We would love to come again to this little place of Andrea and Maria. Thank you very much. Tot ziens!

I love places with a sea view from above. I loved this place. Especially the room on the ground floor... From where I could admire the magical sunrise every morning! Antonella was very welcoming and always responsive! The only flaw is not being able to access the sea directly from there. It would be fabulous if they could find a way to do it. The place is suitable for those who love tranquility, the wind and the sound of the sea! ❤️

What a great find! Located in Lecce’s old city but tucked away so it feels peaceful. Walkable to lots of restaurants, and many beautiful baroque sites. The apartment is huge. The bed is very comfortable - we slept so well! Nice and clean crib for our 10 month old. Super shower. Really nice to have a washer and dryer which has been rare in Italy. Daniel also was super responsive and made some great recommendations. Would love to return! Highly recommend!

This place is unique and on a beautiful property. A little bit hard to find but it is nice and spacious. We arrived late in the evening and still had to check out at 10:00 am the following morning unfortunately so we didn’t really get to enjoy much of the place.

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, clean and in a quiet surrounding. Nice rooftop with kitchen, 360 sea view! A washing machine and an iron would be useful when you stay a few nights.

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have left us wanting to know them more, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very kind and gentle, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. Great place to stay to use as home base. Quiet little town but 15 minutes or so in any direction and there is a fabulous caffé, beach, restaurant etc. The courtyard is fabulous. The kitchen well equipped. Great water pressure in the shower. Very responsive host. Description matches the listing.

Ideal location for visiting the old city. Very spacious accommodation for 6 and a very pleasant terrace for eating in peace!

Tucked in a quiet little cobblestone alley, this apartment is located in the historic district of Lecce. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are the most comfortable we have had during our stay in Puglia! The kitchen is equipped for cooking simple meals and the terrace provides a peaceful and relaxing retreat. We recommend this apartment for everyone who doesn’t have a mobility issue as the stairs going up to the living room and second room/terrace are steep. We had a great time in Lecce! A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

The place is excellent. The view of the sea and dusk incredible. The host is a super host, he had lots of patience with us. I managed to lock ourselves out and he came all the way to the house late at night to open it for us. He is the best host I ever had.

This masseurs was very comfortable and suited our family of six very well. Set in the quiet countryside with pool to relax by , it was a short drive to major towns

Wonderful hosts very warm and friendly . Antonio and Claudio are a delight. Very comfortable house with magnificent gardens and great swimming pool. Any easy 20min drive to gorgeous Lecce and close by to lots of other parts of Salento. A magical oasis in which to relax between adventures! Handy restaurant next door at the Agritourismo.

I could have given 10 stars to Paolo as a host and the house also deserved this! Paolo is already proactive in preparing the trip, always super friendly and makes you really want to stay. Even during the stay, he always asked if we were missing anything. Mr. Gino greeted us on site and always made sure everything was in order. The house, the incredible garden and the pool were even more beautiful than in the pictures - and these are already great. We were in Salento for the first time and wanted to go on many excursions (Paolo has great tips and restaurant recommendations!). But since the house was so beautiful and we couldn't separate, we did without one or the other excursion. This place is 100% recommended.

Carlos' little house is an absolute gem for a quiet and romantic stay in the south of Italy. The terrace is a dream, the sunset every evening fantastic. The house is renovated and modern and tastefully furnished. Carlo himself is very caring and takes a friend to translate with him in case of language barriers. 6 stars 😍

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
