Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Perugia

Small treasure in the alleys of the historic center of Cortona. Well-kept and clean environment, true to description! A note of merit to the host who provided specific directions to get to free parking near the property, avoiding the historic center with paid areas and above all for the availability to accommodate some small requests from us guests! Recommended!

Amazing stay in a beautiful village, would definitely stay here again! It’s even better than the pictures. Very nice and clean. Everything is in walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful.

If you have the chance to stay here, take it. It is, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed. Photos don’t do it justice. Sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Tuscan countryside, private terrace & beautiful gardens were peaceful and serene. The spa area was a beautiful, the hot tub was cleverly cooled down during the day, and lit up to enjoy a glass of wine in at night. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, spacious, and so thoughtfully equipped - picnic baskets, pasta maker, coffee, water, milk, fruits etc. We had total privacy but hosts were always available if we needed anything. Genuinely attentive, kind people went of their way to make our stay special. Since we travelled by public transport, they kindly offered us lifts. Home cooked true Tuscan food for meals were beyond delicious. They produce their own olive oil, wine, honey, cheese, and more. Though not included in the price, very reasonable cost. Best meals we had on our trip! We will be back! Thank you

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

Beautiful structure and well connected with all the points of interest. In a short time you can reach the major cities of Umbria, 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. Surrounded by greenery, the property offers tranquility to rest and relax. Highly recommended

Perfect and highly recommended! Case Leonori is simply beautiful and offers a breathtaking, unforgettable view of the Marche region. Paul and Wendy are very hospitable, warm and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The place is also very child-friendly, which makes it perfect for families. It is a place that could hardly be better imagined! Absolutely recommended for all those who want to experience the beauty of the region and wish for a wonderful rest.

Casale al Lago is a small corner of heaven, immersed in the Orvietan countryside with a breathtaking view that invites you to focus on the present moment, enjoying the beauty that surrounds it and relaxing your mind. Tiziano and Claudia who welcomed us were two really great people, friendly and kind. highly recommended extras, products such as charcuterie and Titian eggs, which allowed us to have breakfast for champions!!!

Lovely spacious and well maintained apartment with a creative flair located inside the historic city walls of Montefalco. The home had all the amenities we needed and the host was kind and responsive. We were so glad to stay in this lovely place. Our family was a bit jealous and will be looking to book this the next time they're in the area.

my partner and I decided to stay in this fairytale structure for May 1st. Located in a historic building in Castiglion Florentino (a much nicer village than we expected, since the our goal was in 20-30 minutes) the room was really enchanting, large and furnished with care... huge hot tub... and then the sauna in the room was truly a plus... available mini fridge with brioche muffin jams and other sweets...finally I vote 10 for the kindness and care of Fabiana who together with her husband accompanied us from the parking lot to the structure describing everything with passion and accuracy...bottle of welcome prosecco offered on arrival... what to say...thank you 🙂👋

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

The location is beautiful and extremely peaceful. Antonio has taken great care to provide every possible amenity including a sauna, cooling pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and so forth. Inside he has generously offered complimentary champagne, luxury quality olive oil and bathroom amenities one expects from a five star hotel. Regrettably, for personal reasons, we had to leave after only one day but would have loved to stay for longer.

Very unique location, Francesco was very accommodating, very unique farmhouse, nice restaurants in the town and also up on the mountains

The stay "Casa Elisa" was better than we expected. It is a large house with even a basement with sauna. The pool in the garden (with outdoor shower and toilet) and the house itself were sparkling clean. There was no dust or cobweb to be discovered (not even behind a closet that we moved to be able to reach an outlet). The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the surroundings were fantastic. You are so in towns such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and there is also a large lake nearby where we rented a boat for a day (recommended). In short, we can recommend everyone to book with Lorenzo. The communication with Lorenzo was also excellent, easy to reach via app and speaks good English. His father comes to check and clean the pool every day and his mother's day baked a delicious cake very sweetly.

We absolutely fell in love with this place. It is so beautiful, there are a lots of toys in the garden for our kid (almost 2 years old) to play with (swings, slides, mini cars and a big trampoline). A really nice pool that you can relax in and a lot of green all around. Daniele is such a nice guy and was generous enough to let us taste all the goods that grows on his land (grapes, tomatoes, eggplant etc). He was so kind and helpful with great tips on what to do and where to go, he made us feel so welcome. The place is close to good restaurants and super markets and also close points of interest. We would highly recommend to stay here.

The stay lasted less than 24 hours but dinner with the barbecue, the evening with a hot tub, sauna, billiards, ping pong and foosball and the night spent at Villa Patty were perfect for children but also for us adults!

We had a wonderful time with all the animals. Our little girl was in her happiest place petting the animals, riding the swing and kicking the ball around. She never wanted to leave! The house felt just like home. it was spotless, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!
