Our bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a small building (without a lift!) in a quiet street in the center, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment in a recently renovated, bright and panoramic building, 5 minutes on foot from Corso Vannucci, in the heart of the historic center, within the medieval walls of the city. The area is very quiet and quiet, especially at night, as there are no nightclubs in the immediate vicinity. All the monuments of greatest importance are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes (Arco Etrusco, Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori, Basilica di San Pietro...).

Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
