Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Pescara

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Appartamento e posizione eccellenti, host fantastico, ristoranti nelle vicinanze, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo!!

Ottima assistenza da parte dell’host, amichevolezza e disponibilità. Alloggio del tutto conforme alla descrizione. Zona centrale e vicina a molti punti d’interesse. Non molto parcheggio, bisogna cercare un po’.

Esperienza molto molto gradevole! Alfredo disponibilissimo sia pre che post prenotazione. Ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e necessità! Uno dei pochi host che accetta cani e al tempo stesso appartamento accessibile facilmente per persone invalide. Posizione eccellente! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Lovely Barbara, Thank You so much for hosting us in your property. It was a really nice and peaceful stay, we appreciated your experience as a host and the Amenities you lefr for us! It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! The location of your house is magical, you feel like in a real Italy, with great cafes and beautiful houses. I give you an 11 out of 10 :) We will definitely come back for a beautiful BBQ next year. Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

The apartment is very comfortable and very close to the beach. Luigi was always quickly available and gave all the necessary information and help. We highly recommend this apartment for a holiday by the sea

Incredible location, very clean, beautiful modern kitchen, huge balcony, great bedroom with a beautiful closet. Host was very responsive and informative. Right on the beach with a beautiful sea view, many beach bars or “lidos” with amazing food. 5 minute walk from the city with beautiful shops and restaurants/cafes. We recommend!!!

Umberto was the ultimate host. To initiate our stay, umberto introduced us to a favourite Restaurante and helped us secure a great relationship that served us well for the remainder of our stay. Lovely man, lovely personality!

siamo stati a Pescara per Cartoons on the bay per tre giorni. La posizione della casa è ottima in quanto si fare un giro in centro e anche andare a prendere l'autobus per l'Aurum, dove si tiene la manifestazione. Dario è stato gentilissimo sin dal giorno prima della mia partenza, mi ha accolto mostrandomi la casa e si è mostrato molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La casa era molto pulita e ben tenuta, è perfetta per qualsiasi tipo di visita a Pescara. Consiglio altamente l'alloggio di Dario!

Ottimo alloggio veramente spaziale, metrature generose ovunque, doccia gigante e terrazza sempre ventilata, zona ricca di posti per mangiare arrosticini e conad a due passi per prende cose di prima necessità, consigliatissimo per chi veramente vuole rilassarsi un po’ nella vita!

Nous avons passés un super séjour. Le couple est très très réactif. Une communication incroyable, rapide , précis , génial ! Nous avons pu récupéré le logement déjà le matin à 9h donc vraiment très très pratique. Le Logement est super , la mer est juste à côté ! L’emplacement est super , l’immeuble est bien propre. J’ai rien à dire concernant le logement c’était super
