Farmstay holiday rentals in Province of Pescara

3 day vacation with 2 medium-sized dogs in tow. A house with a large park and annexes. All fenced with a gate to enter along the tree-lined boulevard that leads to the Masseria. All privately owned. our 4-legged friends enjoyed as much as possible (unfortunately the weather was not favorable) of the green present. Francesca was friendly, helpful in giving us helpful information and tips on local attractions, restaurants and services, as well as the spectacular nature offered by her visitors. We had a great time. We were able to use the fireplace to heat the environment by giving a further detail of living the house. We are already planning a future vacation.....to do maybe in spring/summer when the weather is more pleasant.

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

Wonderful views in this old stone house in Limiti. Hospitality was terrific. Only about a 5 minute drive into Palombaro. Be sure to eat at Pagano’s restaurant.

Ecessaire to host a family with toddlers Host was very responsive and thoughtful making our stay even more comfortable The rooms were very spacious with bathroom, all clean Impeccable The pool, always very clean was regularly maintained by Claudio, very nice and warm person

Cinzia's house where we were guests is in a beautiful location. The sea of Montesilvano can be reached in just under 30 minutes, nearby there are numerous attractions to visit. The house has a large terrace that is the added value of the house, beautiful to use for beautiful outdoor dinners. The Host has always been available and proactive in giving us directions, without ever being too present. We couldn't have picked a better place for our week in Abruzzo!

Marco and his family are kind and helpful. We had a really good time. The apartment has every comfort, we didn't miss anything. Having arrived at lunchtime despite their restaurant being closed, they were very kind to prepare us a plate of pasta, which we really appreciated, especially our daughter. We can only thank them again and above all highly recommend their structure.

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and the location/view was one of our favourite parts. We felt secluded and sat out on the terrace for the majority of our stay - all day and all evening. The pool was great, especially when it's been so hot. We weren't aware the pool was shared with other guests but it didn't end up being an issue. We also had to buy all of our own salt/olive oil etc but again, not a big issue as we were there for 2 weeks. Riccardo was really friendly and great at communicating with me, he made it all very easy! Would definitely recommend :)

We were two families and had a great time. Very large house with large outdoor spaces, very comfortable barbecue area and finally a large swimming pool overlooking the valley. Great location 15 minutes from the sea. Highly recommended

Stefania's place is a beautiful large property with much land around full of olive trees. We arrived on a first day when there were too many children and Stefania assured us once the kids were gone, on the following day, the place would be totally different. It was true. An oasis if peace, quiet and ease. We went there with our dog and he also was very happy!

We have spent 3 beautiful weeks in Casa Maya. If you like being in the countryside it is definitely place for you. The beach is very close to the house as well as the mountains. There is a lot of things to do. I also would like once again to thank Valerie for taking us a family with 7 kids and taking care of us during our stay. We are coming back for sure!

Really lovely place in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. Lots of nice charming decorative details and very walkable to the cafes/bars. They have a very well stocked kitchen which was great for us as we stayed 2 weeks. We also loved the view from the terrace on the top floor. Great for breakfast coffee, happy hour sitting, etc. Everyone in the town was very friendly and New Evo had great pizza and arrosticini (nice walk). Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at Geoff and Susanne's house for a couple of weeks at the end of August and found a corner of peace and quiet. This is an old renovated farmhouse located in Decontra, a very small hamlet of Caramanico. We stayed in the apartment on the first floor that is tastefully and uniquely furnished, it has a beautiful and spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two sunbeds, the kitchen is well equipped and equipped with oven and dishwasher, the living room is comfortable and spacious equipped with balconies with beautiful views of the mountains. On the ground floor lives the owner, very nice and reserved, he gave us a lot of tips about the area. In the basement there is a nice tavern and the possibility to use the washing machine (useful for long stays). Beautiful hiking trails start from Decontra (we have two little girls and we found quite a few within our reach). Here, silence reigns supreme, Mrs. Lucia, who brings her sheep to the pasture every day, and Mrs. Marisa, owner of a beautifulfarm and very knowledgeable about all the paths of the Majella. Recommended for a vacation in nature and tranquility without sacrificing the comfort and beauty of a tastefully decorated and well-kept home.
