Domenico è stato un host che non si trovano spesso sulla piattaforma. È stato gentilissimo sin dal primo momento venendoci incontro rispetto a qualsiasi nostro dubbio. La casa neanche a dirlo, è splendida e relativamente nuova. Gli spazi sono ampi e la posizione è ottima

Esperienza molto molto gradevole! Alfredo disponibilissimo sia pre che post prenotazione. Ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e necessità! Uno dei pochi host che accetta cani e al tempo stesso appartamento accessibile facilmente per persone invalide. Posizione eccellente! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Slept really well there. It’s quite and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a great flat + the parking space makes it even better.

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and the location/view was one of our favourite parts. We felt secluded and sat out on the terrace for the majority of our stay - all day and all evening. The pool was great, especially when it's been so hot. We weren't aware the pool was shared with other guests but it didn't end up being an issue. We also had to buy all of our own salt/olive oil etc but again, not a big issue as we were there for 2 weeks. Riccardo was really friendly and great at communicating with me, he made it all very easy! Would definitely recommend :)

This place was stellar for so many reasons. It was secure and private and clean. It was close to the public beach and active zones in the evening. The apartment was literally prepared with many necessities, and then some, and all of it in good working order. You could easily stay an entire week! We were so comfortable there and our hosts were outstanding!! They respected every aspect of our travel plan and they were so very genuine. It was a terrific find, and a fabulous stay offered by competent hosts!

Anche se, per problemi comunali legati all'acqua, non siamo potuti andare in questa casa, Renato ci ha subito fornito una struttura a Torre de' Passeri perfettamente succedanea, senza chiedere sovrapprezzi, nonostante fosse notevolmente più amplia, e con eguali comfort, aria condizionata, parcheggio privato, due camere doppio, amplio salone, cucina attrezzata, due bagni. Ottima esperienza, sia dal punto di vista delle strutture che della reattività dell'host.

Einfach super für einen Stop-Over; waren auf dem Rückweg nach Deutschland aus dem Süden. Valeria war super sympathisch, immer erreichbar und die Unterkunft leicht zu finden mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Im Zimmer gibt es AC und das Bad ist sauber und modern. Haben es echt einige Tage zuvor gebucht, dafür, aber auch insgesamt ist der Preis mega. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the beautiful Casa Giulietta. Jeroen and Els introduced us to their lovely rescue dogs and gave a full tour of the property. Included on arrival, as well as tea, coffee etc. was a hamper full of pasta, sauce and fresh bread. The fridge also stocked with various drinks, wine, fresh salami, jam and butter etc, very generous and plenty to get you started! There were toys for our child to play with and a trampoline in the enclosed garden. The mountain views are incredible and so is the peace and quiet! Amenities and some lovely towns within a 10/15 minute drive. Jeroen and Els are so accommodating and we would stay again for future visits. Thank you!

Hier beleeft men het echte leven in de Italiaanse bergen. We bezochten Penne, een heel aardig stadje op 2 heuvels, en de Campo Imperatore en de dorpen die er liggen. Wat een geweldig gebied. Het huis is zeer praktisch en aangenaam, ruim en net. De ontvangst door Bartolomeo was erg vriendelijk en hij is speciaal blijven wachten op ons, omdat we zo laat aankwamen. Ook heeft hij hemel en aarde verzet om een hersteller voor de koelkast te vinden. Een aanrader! Niet te vergeten: je kan je EV hier opladen.

La struttura é di nuova costruzione, stile moderno e con una vista mozzafiato. L'area giorno é grandissima e luminosa. É stata un esperienza molto positiva, non posso che consigliarlo. Grazie anche al proprietario, sempre disponibile.

The apt was in a great location. Spacious and clean. The host was accommodating and responsive. Fully recommend it.

Kleine komfortable Wohnung direkt am Strand. Für drei bis vier Personen ist sie sehr bequem. Restaurants in der Nähe, nächster Laden 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Während wir in der Wohnung wohnten, kam fast jeden Tag ein Lastwagen zum Haus und verkaufte Obst, Gemüse und Wassermelonen. Der Hauptvorteil dieser Wohnung ist natürlich die Nähe zum Strand. Wir sind mehrmals am Tag im Meer schwimmen gegangen. Ich ging schwimmen, ging schwimmen, kam zurück in die Wohnung, duschte, kühlte mich unter der Klimaanlage ab und ging wieder schwimmen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kostenlosen Strand und mehrere kostenpflichtige Strände mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento fino a ieri per quattro giorni. Cosa dire l'appartamento corrisponde , perfettamente. Identico come da foto pulito, c'era tutto. Volevo ringraziare L'host..... Per la sua comunicazione veloce. Ci torneremo ancora perché pian terreno, posto silenzioso e tranquillo. Non avevano avuto alcun disturbo ed è molto vicino al centro di Pescara. Il materasso del letto era bello comodo come piaceva a noi idem il divano. Insomma niente da dire tutto perfetto. Grazie mille 😘 torneremo ancora.

La casa era esattamente come descritta nell’annuncio: pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era perfetta, sia per esplorare la zona circostante che per godersi momenti di tranquillità. L’host si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, rispondendo prontamente a tutte le domande e offrendo consigli utili su ristoranti e attività locali. Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione ai dettagli, come gli articoli di benvenuto e le istruzioni chiare per il check-in e il check-out. In sintesi, un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza di altissimo livello su Airbnb. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!
