Villa holiday rentals in Province of Pescara

3 day vacation with 2 medium-sized dogs in tow. A house with a large park and annexes. All fenced with a gate to enter along the tree-lined boulevard that leads to the Masseria. All privately owned. our 4-legged friends enjoyed as much as possible (unfortunately the weather was not favorable) of the green present. Francesca was friendly, helpful in giving us helpful information and tips on local attractions, restaurants and services, as well as the spectacular nature offered by her visitors. We had a great time. We were able to use the fireplace to heat the environment by giving a further detail of living the house. We are already planning a future vacation.....to do maybe in spring/summer when the weather is more pleasant.

This villa was just as described and conveniently located for all we wanted to do in the area.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house! The house was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice enclosed garden and breathtaking views. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Antonio was so welcoming and hospitable that we felt like we came to visit a friend :) He provided lots of useful information about the area. We won’t hesitate to book a stay again if we return to Pescara region in the future!

Simona and Ettore's stay was really pleasant. The place, prepared with the rooms ad hoc for us, was as described in the listing. The children had fun running and playing both in the accommodation and in the beautiful garden. A very family friendly structure. Ettore was a very kind host, providing us with very large spaces and providing us with various suggestions. Definitely recommend.

The house is very large, clean and complete with everything, each room is equipped with air conditioning. The location is excellent with just over half an hour you can reach the Trabocchi, the gorges of San Martino, Roccascalegna. Ten minutes from there is also the path that leads to the waterfall of San Giovanni. The village of Guardiagrele is very interesting to visit. Sunday and Luciano were thoughtful and helpful hosts.

Very nice house that is built on two floors, well cleaned and organized. The garden is also beautiful and the place is immersed in nature and very quiet, highly recommended.

Simona was very considerate and thorough and Daniela was a huge help on site. The place was beautiful and just as the photographs suggest. I’d surely stay there again.

Excellent experience of total relaxation. The house has everything you need and Martina has an extraordinary attention to detail. The house also has a beautiful garden with olive groves and a beautiful barbecue. Excellent location for our 4-legged friends too!

This is a wonderful property. Huge, really good quality equipment/furniture. Bedrooms really big. It’s been beautifully upgraded and with a new pool overlooking the beautiful vineyards it’s fab. Massive ping pong battles and a bit of Pool on the large table. It’s peaceful. You need to drive to local village but Catignana has a nice weekly market in a lovely old town. The local supermarket Tigre is pretty good for anything you want. The grounds are amazing. You could easily host a lively wedding here (assuming they allow it). Host was lovely.

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! Iryna is a fantastic person, kind and attentive to put the guest at ease! We look forward to coming back! Thank you for everything

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. Rocco and his dad Enzo are genuine, friendly and super helpful - we could not have had a more perfect stay in beautiful Abruzzo. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful house in the calm in the middle of the olive groves, a location perhaps a little complicated to find but after a while you get used to it. Very clean pool, light treatment every 2 days. Thanks Paolo😁.

Heartily recommended! Such a wonderful place with a view of the mountains that is second to none. The host is very helpful as well. One thing to keep in mind is that the road to the house is quite bumpy, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had two great weeks here end July. Even if the description looked like the entire house was for rent, and not just a flat in a semidetached house, it still was very convenient place to be and we didn't miss anything. Really nice and helpful owner who picked us up and also provided a lot of hints. About 15 - 20 min. driving distance to the beaches and about 5 - 10 min. to food shops and super markets or the nearby fashion outlet, means car is required for everything. However beautiful view on hills and sea in a very quiet and green area. Fresh linen and towels have been provided after first week, that was nice. Not cheap but given high season, the very convenient infrastructure (shops, food) and how well the place is kept, the price is absolutely ok. We would come again.

Nice and clean room and bathroom. Lovely swimming pool with sunbeds. We stayed here for 1 night, but it was great!
