Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

The recently renovated house is surrounded by woods, at an altitude of 1150 meters, and is an integral part of the main house. With a separate entrance and a lovely equipped patio, it allows you to enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. The surrounding garden overlooks the woods of the Oltrepò Pavese, and is also equipped with a station to observe the stars with a telescope! Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.
