Our rooms offer an increasingly rare luxury: space and light, with ceilings over 4 meters, comfortable beds, a 50" Smart TV and an exclusive bathroom! We are 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo and the train station, at the border of the limited traffic zone. If you arrive by car you can book our private parking place for only 10 € per day. Breakfast will be served in one of the patisserie bars with which we have agreements among which our guests can freely choose. The best for all needs!

Comfortable double room in a typical Tuscan farmhouse. This is our wheelchair accessible room at ground floor features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We are in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from population centers. For a supplement of €8 per person we offer an Italian breakfast with local products, served in summertime on our terrace. We also propose to join unique experiences such as wine tasting, Tuscan dinner+olive oil presentation and pasta cooking classes!

Qui potrete godere di una splendida vista, della tranquillità della campagna e del piacere di degustare e acquistare prodotti provenienti dal mio caseificio e dal mio frantoio nel locale/bottega adiacente fatti con latte delle mie pecore e olive del mio oliveto. Possibilità di aggiunta letto singolo o culla. Bagno con doccia ad uso esclusivo interno alla camera.

The room belonged to my paternal grandparents who married in 1923 and is located on the second floor. Since it is located in the back of the house, it is quiet. The double bed with wooden slats and orthopedic mattresses measures 170 x 200 and allows for comfortable relaxation. The bathroom, cozy but functional, is equipped with essential amenities. A mat on the window keeps insects away and the room cooler. A third bed cannot be added! Non-smoking.

La Casa di Agata Deluxe is a farmhouse nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, a perfect place to rest and enjoy nature, but also, thanks to its strategic location, a privileged base for a vacation in Tuscany. A Suite Room and a Family Room (two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds). The Suite Room and the Family Room have a private bathroom.
