Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace, located in the central area of Pinarella di Cervia, in the square below there are several amenities (shops, bars, piadinerias, etc.) unfortunately we caught the karaoke evening in the square, so in the evening there was a bit of confusion, but we still had a great night's sleep. Stefano is very nice and approachable!

Everything was perfect, we thank Paola for her great availability.

So perfect I didn't know where to start. Michele is a very helpful person, friendly like few others. Apartment as described, even better, perfect rooms cozy and well-stocked kitchen bathrooms and superlative amenities. Everything is very new and well finished. Recommended without any reservations for those who want a quiet vacation at a price appropriate to the accommodation offered An addition about Michele, really kind and available to give advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat at and also for beach services. Truly a pleasant and unique person

Great apartment,with the right spaces and equipped with everything you need. Great location to get around on foot. Not used,but one more in the presence of the pool.

The house is beautiful, very clean, you can find everything. We had a great time, it was convenient to reach the bathrooms to spend the day at the beach. I really recommend it. Leila is very helpful for any clarifications. top

We had a great time, nice and calm place, but close to the beach and bars. Mauro was very kind host.

We enjoyed our break at Eleonoras place. It was neat and clean and had all amenities. Lovely to sit out in the private garden for breakfast or a drink. Close to the sea and a range of restaurants and an easy drive to Ravenna and Ferrara.

The place was perfect for a beach weekend. Everything was clean, parking was easy, easy walk to the beaches. Aircon worked well in the upstairs area! Loved our stay!

We were in good hands with Frederica. The apartment was sparkling clean and the location was excellent. We slept very well and felt completely comfortable. Particularly helpful was the folder with all the important information and recommendations for restaurants. These little details made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Everything was wonderful!

There's nothing missing in Elisa's house, she thought of every detail. With our two children we had a good time, especially for the very well-kept garden, perfect for children! Elisa has always been reachable and very nice not us. Thank you!

Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

We had a wonderful time staying with Alda and Raymond. Marina Romea is a very relaxed vacation spot. Perfect for families and for relaxing. The apartment is excellently equipped, kitchen and bathrooms completely refurbished. Absolutely recommended.

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very pleased and would come back.

There were four of us in the apartment. The location is unbeatable right on the beach. The accommodation is functionally equipped with everything you need. Communication beforehand went smoothly. We thank you for a few nice days in Italy:)

We had a great stay. Lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped kitchen. A plus was the balcony where we had breakfast while watching the peacocks roaming around. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Check-in and check-out were totally relaxed. Everything was very clean and the apartment was super furnished - enough dish towels, towels, dishes, etc. You could eat great on the balcony, it was also enough space with a small child. You can walk to the beach within 3 minutes, and bakeries, supermarkets, etc. were also quickly accessible. We particularly liked that the area was not touristy at all (Pentecost holidays) and that all Italians are very positive. And you can still communicate traditionally with your hands and feet if you don't speak Italian - real holiday feeling :)

More than 5 stars! Above and beyond perfection!! A luxurious, modern, 2 bedroom condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Elegantly decorated. Squeaky clean. A bonus of a washer and dryer. Everything needed for 1 night, 1 month or longer stay. The private garden adds a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere which has a table, chairs and loungers to enjoy. The beach is within walking minutes with restaurants abundant. We were overwhelmed! The quaint town is also walking minutes from the condo. Many restaurants, shopping, grocery store and bus line. Tania is the ultimate host! Always available at any time and just as pleasant. This experience exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back and bring friends. Thank you Tania, your the best❣️

The apartment is as described. It’s small but well planned. Four of us fit without any problems. Even without the AC ventilation is good, so it’s comfortable enough. The advantage is the big free beach just nearby. Many restaurants are just within walking distance.
