It was a really nice stay. We had a great time. Rachele is a wonderful person and we are very happy with everything. We will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of staying, with a group of friends, in this large beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is in fact ideal for large groups and/or families; it offers ample spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The house is very welcoming and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the host's hospitality. We were greeted with great kindness and availability and immediately felt at home. The host was always available for any need or question. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet location and with exceptional hospitality.

Stayed here for the Ironman event. Perfect location not to far away from the start, enough room to prepare all the gear in front of the race. You can park you car on the property that is a nice bonus so it's not in the streets. It's almost on the run course so for the fans it was easy to cheer you on and you had a point of reference. The rooms were tidy and as described in the picture. Everything was provided to have the perfect stay. Can advice it to anybody that wants to do IM Emilia-Romagna

Great house with amazing views, close to imola if you are visiting for an event at the race circuit. Marco was a great host and was always quick to respond.

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful rural stay. Villa is spacious and well equipped. The check in and out process was thorough and excellent, Michela was very welcoming. The location is quite remote and extremely private and secure with a front gate. We would recommend having a car for getting to local restaurants and sights.

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

Beautiful house in very beautiful surroundings surrounded by nature, with its leisure facilities such as tennis court, table tennis table as well as beautiful outdoor pool and hiking trails of ideal recreational value for the large family! The points of interest such as Florence and Bologna, the small state of San Marino, and the coastal town of Rimini are all within easy reach by car. Highly recommended!!

During our stay in Modigliana we've had a great time with 3 collegues. The appartements were peacefull and still, the atmosphere is magic!

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many airbnbs worldwide and this was by far our favorite. It’s is even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved the location and the easy drives to so many beautiful, quaint towns. We loved the scenic walks from the house. The quiet countryside with breathtaking views was the perfect vacation for our family. We hope we can come visit again! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We stayed at the villa for our daughter’s wedding. It was the most beautiful, magical night. Vanessa helped with everything we needed and more. I can’t even express how beautiful her property is. The views are astonishing! Vanessa is a super host indeed. Everything was perfect! What a true gift Vanessa is willing to share. If you are considering a small, intimate wedding in the most gorgeous place in Italy…look no more!

We had an amazing time at Paolo and Gabriella’s house. It was exactly what we were looking for; a quiet Italian villa in the countryside. The house itself is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice, and the grounds (including the vineyard) are amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa — it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The house, pool, and garden are absolutely stunning and incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Giulia is an amazing host: warm, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a fantastic wine tasting for us at Fondo Giuseppe and even welcoming us with some delicious local specialties, which made us feel immediately at home. We honestly have no tips for improvement — just book it and enjoy this amazing place!
