Malgoratza (Margherita in Italian) is a guest who makes you feel from the first moment a very welcome guest, in a very particular bucolic dimension, with all the comforts of a small resort!

I am a pilgrim and spent a night with Claudia. I slept really well. Since I had to leave early the next day, I made my own breakfast. A typical Italian caffettiera is available. I had a street-side room. No problem, because the windows are soundproof. The bathroom is outside the room. I was able to use it by myself. I'd love to come back.

We were delighted with our stay at Fedora's. The house is richly decorated, comfortable with magnificent views of the mountains. Fedora welcomed us very warmly and offered us delicious sweets upon arrival. The village is very beautiful and refreshing with good restaurants. Thank you very much!

Was a very nice stay, the appartment is very beautiful and clean with many small details. You can find everything what you need (even tooth paste was provided). Also the breakfast was included and host really tried to keep his gests happy and comfortable. He does not speak much English, but it was no problem for communication and he even give me some tips for restaurants and places to visit 😊 Breakfast were well served, the only thing that it was mostly sweet, but host also ask about your preferences. Overall highly recomment to stay here! Very good experience 🥰👌

Nicoletta is a very nice and welcoming host. Clean room and bathroom in a quiet setting overlooking the local woods. Great attention to detail: from breakfast with delicious biscuits and handmade tarts, to the care of the garden and the vegetable garden. Traveling for a family weekend, we had a great time.

We sincerely thank the owner of the apartment for helping to make Narni's experience special. Always available, honest, and hospitable to us. The house is wonderful, in a perfect location between Narni downtown and Narni Scalo and also close to the Narni Amelia train station. Highly recommended apartment.

We mainly dealt with Enrica’s father, Bruno. He was wonderful! Very accommodating. Parking was across the street with designated spaces and was easy to get in and out. The city center is not far and although uphill it is walkable.

A beautiful building renovated with taste and care. Very kind and welcoming hosts. The room was very comfortable, equipped with refined sheets and towels and furnished with fine items. A place where you can stop to discover magnificent surroundings, albeit martyred by the 2016 earthquake. A little gem to recommend to Airbnb guests.

Great experience. Very kind host: he made us find the apartment already heated as well as very clean and well-stocked for a great breakfast. New structure, with two comfortable rooms, each with a very comfortable and spacious private en-suite bathroom. The house also has everything you need to travel with the little ones. New and clean structure...with exposed beams! Clean bathroom...in the middle of the eagle! Our host clearly explained every detail to us! I recommend it to those staying in the eagle!

Patrizia and Roberto are a wonderful couple, they welcomed us with so much professionalism and courtesy in their beautiful home. The room is really clean and well stocked, but the real gem of the house is the pool that in the photo does not show how big and deep it is, it is a pity that we enjoyed it so little.

I had booked the property as a base to go to an event in Rome, but it turned out to be an experience well above our expectations. Patrizia and Roberto are two wonderful people and hosts who immediately welcomed us and put us at ease, also satisfying our request to be able to have lunch the day after our arrival with Patrizia's excellent cooking. Not to forget the sweetness of Ares, the owners' dog, who kept us company in the moments spent inside the property. Finally, I want to congratulate you on the order and cleanliness we found in every corner of the house, from the garden to the interior spaces. What can I say, if we get the chance we'll definitely come back to visit them.

Staying with Natascia was a truly heartwarming and unforgettable experience. She welcomed us with open arms, picking us up from the valley so my grandfather wouldn’t have to walk uphill. Her beautiful home, full of warmth and peace, lies between the Santuario Francescano and the village Greccio itself. She prepared a delicious homemade dinner, shared laughter, wonderful conversations, and made us feel completely at ease with her natural and genuine kindness. Our rooms were cozy and spotless, and waking up to a breathtaking sunrise over the valley was pure magic. After a lovely breakfast, Natascia even drove us to the village of Greccio so we could enjoy a peaceful walk back to her home — and later surprised us with a little trip to Franciscan sites before bringing us into the center of Rieti. Her generosity, warmth, and beautiful spirit touched our hearts deeply. We are so grateful and would return anytime without hesitation. Highly recommended!
