Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Rieti

Had a great time here. It's a beautiful property on a series of levels - an upper garden with seating and fabulous views of the valley of the Nera river, a courtyard level and then the lower level with the swimming pool. House oozes character. It's well equipped and nicely appointed. Air con in the bedrooms worked well. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved having breakfast and dinner outdoors with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of Narni. The town has incredible architecture and some great restaurants. Because of the property's split levels and steep stairs down to the pool, I wouldn't recommend it for older people or very young children, but otherwise a really lovely find. It's also quite a steep walk from the centre of town up to the property. Entry gate to the upper parking area is a little tight by UK standards but we fitted an Audi Q3 through with no problem. Would happily stay again.

This was by far the best experience on our whole trip from Pisa to Rome! It's unique and right in the heart of the historic center of Spoleto. Ilaria is super professional, and also a very kind, generous person. She told us all about her city, which was very interesting, and was always available and ready to help with any questions. She made our stay that much more comfortable. The apartment is located in a historic building, and it has an incredible atmosphere that really immerses you in the city's history. Inside, everything is nicely arranged and convenient, with old character but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of an authentic Italian town. I highly recommend Ilaria's apartment to anyone visiting Spoleto!

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cozy, comfortable, spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a nice and comfortable swimming pool, I recommend you book with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

The house is spacious, with everything you need for a stay, clean and in a good location, I would use it again.

Very good place, beautiful position and very helpful host. The only downside is the broken wifi. Otherwise, it's perfect!!

Marta’s stunning historic apartment is right in the heart of Spoletto. Its high ceilings, original stone paved floors, and lavish sofas made for the perfect retreat and also ensured a very cool and shaded getaway, even when the temperature outside was very hot for the duration of my stay. It is one of the nicest historic apartments that I have stayed in and the price is a bargain for the old-world-dolce-vita experience, piazza and all. I was staying there by myself so it felt positively palatial, but I think the experience and feeling would be the same for a couple. Marta is also an excellent and friendly host. [I highly recommend the delicatessen on the corner nearby as well as the pizzerias, gelaterias, and cafés in the piazza].

A niceaccommodation in a convenient location to visit L'Aquila, Gran Sasso Park and other destinations. The interiors are spacious and comfortable. Recommended!

Very clean and tidy apartment in the 2000s style full of lights. The equipment is very welcome to have a full breakfast in the house.

Nice, spacious house, surprisingly private. The house is a bit off the road in a small neighborhood with other houses. Locals, including Adriana (who welcomed us), live in the other houses.

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with table tennis table, corner bbq lounge chairs, pool. there were 10 of us and 2 children were wide. common room equipped with a large fireplace and wood-burning oven. a beautiful rustic estate

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cozy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, as was the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. The home was so very comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings.
