Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Rieti

L'appartamento è parte di un antico casale ristrutturato con cura e con gusto. La natura intorno è meravigliosa e il borgo di Acquasparta, distante solo pochi minuti, merita sicuramente una visita. È facile spostarsi dalla zona per raggiungere molte mete significative. Alice e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto con grande calore e ci hanno dato ottime indicazioni sulla zona. Speriamo di ritornare durante la bella stagione!

Appartamento molto confortevole, silenzioso tranquillo, pulizia impeccabile...host molto professionale amichevole e disponibile. Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Chalet carinissimo come da foto eravamo in 4 persone, spazioso, pulito con letti molto comodi con tutto il necessario in cucina, zona tranquilla a 6 km da L'Aquila, Domenico host molto presente (tu chiedi, lui risponde subito😊)ci ha mandato tutta la descrizione dettagliata x il check-in (e il video dove mettere le moto con un video), lo consiglio, grazie Domenico siamo stati benissimo

Casa davvero carina, ricca di piacevoli accortezze, arredata con grande cura per i dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. L’ambiente è sereno e accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi. L’host è stata gentilissima: ci ha fornito informazioni utili e ci ha supportato con gli spostamenti, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un soggiorno che consigliamo e che ci piacerebbe ripetere!

Io ed il mio fidanzato ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’alloggio di Simona. Casa pulitissima e molto accogliente. Simona è sempre stata disponibile e gentilissima. Siamo stati davvero bene e la consiglio vivamente

Die Unterkunft von Kate ist eine der schönsten die wir je auf Airbnb gebucht haben. Der Blick ist einfach unglaublich, der kleine Garten wirklich zauberhaft und die Einrichtung sehr stimmig und geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Man ist fußläufig von diversen Restaurants entfernt und hat trotzdem totale Ruhe durch die perfekte Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Otricoli in die fantastische Unterkunft von Kate zurück kommen

This place is wonderful for a relaxing holiday, with the swimming pool you can refresh yourself in the hottest weather too. The host's team is ready to help you in case of questions. The house is nice, equiped with the most relevant devices and tools. Great location for a visit to Rome, to Umbria, or to visit Marmora Cascade nearby Terni.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit dem privaten Innenhof, welcher mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet war, ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Den Kontakt mit Francesca und den Nachbarn war für uns gelebte Italianità. Der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nebenan ist genial. Die Restaurants mit regionalen Spezialitäten, ein Hochgenuss. Wer einmal so richtig feine Fischgerichte essen möchte, ist il Dattero di Mare die richtige Adresse!!! Dies zur Abwechslung zu Fleisch. Wer gerne wandert ist hier in Aquila, als Ausgangspunkt, genau richtig.

Silvias Landhaus hat uns sofort wegen seiner sehr stilvollen Einrichtung, dem Mix aus Altem und Neuem, seiner Natürlichkeit, der wunderschönen Aussicht und der Ruhe und Privatheit gefallen. Die Betten und Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem, man konnte nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen dank der Moskitogitter. Auch das große Wohn- und Esszimmer war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Silvias selbst haben wir immer sehr gut erreichen können und Hilfe und Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, der Ort poggio nativo selbst ist sehr ruhig und besticht nicht mit einer lebendigen Atmosphäre, bietet aber dafür aber einen Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Es gibt aber viele andere Orte in der nahen Umgebung (~15min), welche Restaurants & Cafés bieten. Kleine Verbesserungspotenziale zum Haus wären: Kein ausreichend schattiger Ort draußen zur Mittagszeit (Terassenbegrünung von oben zu löchrig, vllt würde noch ein Sonnensegel

Sara ha comunicato chiaramente le istruzioni di check-in e il suo alloggio era accogliente e ben rifinito e pulito

l'appartement est un des meilleurs de notre road trip! il as une vue a couper le souffle. les attentiens de chiara sont juste merveilleux après un long trajet. le petit déjeuner livré devant la porte est tellement agréable! c'est un + indéniable. la propreté de l'appartement, les communications avec chiara et son mari qui restent disponibles pour toutes nos questions. la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. bref allez y vous ne regretterai pas! rien que le village en vaut la peine! en plus nous avons oublié un objet et elle va essayer de nous l'envoyer! de belles personnes!

I had the pleasure of staying in Claudia’s BnB for almost two months and cannot recommend it enough. The place is clean, has good amenities, and is generally comfortable to stay in. Claudia is an incredibly kind and helpful person. The exact neighborhood the BnB is in is not perfect as a lot or buildings damaged during the earthquake are still undergoing reconstruction. However, taking the finished buildings in the center as reference, the BnB’s area has a very promising future. Because I was here for work reasons, I cannot comment too much about vacation life. However, the town has plenty of restaurants and cafes in the center and is quite well-connected for day trips like hikes, the various castles and small towns, and even Rome. Although L’Aquila is not an incredibly big town, it is surprisingly lively, making it a great place to be. Again, I cannot recommend L’Aquila and Claudia’s BnB enough. When I come back, I hope I can stay at Casa Renzo again.

Eine charmante Unterkunft in großartiger Lage. Nahe zum Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super. Unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und sehr nett.

L'alloggio è situato in una zona veramente tranquilla e panoramica, con tanto verde. Gli interni sono curati nei dettagli, gli spazi sono forniti di tutto il necessario, arredato con gusto in modo rustico. Cristina è stata molto gentile, sempre disponibile e veloce nel rispondere alle domande ed ha mostrato flessibilità negli orari di check-in e check-out. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rilassante in mezzo alla tranquillità della natura e lontano dalla frenesia della città.

La casa parte dell’incastro del borgo ci è piaciuta tantissimo, anche la salita a piedi con le valigie ha reso l’esperienza ancora più interessante specialmente per i bimbi che si sono cimentati in una piccola caccia al tesoro, nonostante l’aiuto offerto dalle foto e indicazioni. La casa offriva tutti i comfort e abbiamo goduto della tranquillità.
