The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Great stay in this beautiful house surrounded by vineyards so very quiet. Great location to visit Rimini, Urbino, San Marin and to go to the beach in Riccione. The apartment is comfortable equipped and enough for 4 guests. The terrace is pleasant in the evening and even if we have to share it with the other 2 apartments it is large enough and equipped for everyone to enjoy it at the same time. the 2 pools are large and clean with shower and toilet nearby. A washing machine is even available near the parking lot if you want to do laundry. Sandro and his family are very welcoming and smiling and always there if you have any questions. Wine tasting of the vineyard offered on a very friendly evening. Very good wines. everything was perfect! Thank you very much for staying in your beautiful area.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Our stay at Claudio's was a dream! The property is in the middle of the mountains, secluded from all the tourism and it is a perfect place to relax. The rooms are tidy, the view at breakfast is stunning and the infinity pool is just great! Claudio was very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for day trips and restaurants. You can always ask Claudio for help and Francesca makes the best noodles with fresh and regional products! Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!! Fabio, Jannik & Jana

Great place to be in and a great place to explore arround. We used it mostly for our F1 visit at Imola, but its worth exploring the area, the vineyards and restaurants in the area. The view and the terace were great!

If you want to get away from everything and immerse yourself in the middle of nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are a super host. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will have fun seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Closing more and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try and see!

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the great homemade products. Great kindness from guests and lots of cats to pamper! The room was nice and spacious... in short, everything was perfect!

Everything was truly wonderful, from the kindness and cordiality of Eleonora's parents to the Podere Baratta, which is truly a gem. Spectacular view, crazy surroundings, spacious and clean room. We were greeted on arrival by Manu. She was always very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment was as described, as was the location. It was very tranquil with good views, especially of San Marino. It is hilly so you will need your car to visit places. Electric bikes would be a good choice if you want to be more physical. Supermarkets are a few kilometres drive but easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant's similar. Beaches are accessible in Rimini and Riccione with plenty of sun loungers if that's what you prefer. Carlo was very responsive to any questions we had and nothing was too much bother, you could contact him any time. The fresh produce from the farm shop was first class as was the home produced wine and all at reasonable prices. If you want a quiet break to unwind but also within easy reach of some magnificent locations then I would recommend you stay here. Grazier mille Carlo, e magnifico.

We felt super comfortable. Very warm hosts. Beautiful accommodation and complex, large swimming pool. We also felt very safe. Big shopping center right next door. We had bikes with us and were able to explore the surroundings within a few minutes. Nicoletta gave us many valuable tips. San Marino, San Leo, Cesenatico were worth seeing excursion destinations. Thank you very much Nicoletta and the lovely parents. We loved our hosts very much and will certainly be back.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

My partner and I stayed at the estate for 5 days with a couple of friends and what to say: a magnificent structure surrounded by greenery overlooking the Romagna hills; a nice outdoor pool with a foosball table and a ping pong table to spend a few moments of relaxation and finally the rooms we slept in were spacious, comfortable and clean. We requested if there was a possibility to have a barbecue and the owners were very kind to meet our request. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ana is very kind and helpful. The house is very nice, the bedroom and bathroom have everything you need. Everything is very clean and tidy. Great breakfast. A few minutes' drive to the sea and the Misano circuit. Everything's great!
