Das Haus mit Terrasse ist idyllisch auf einem Hügel mit Weitblick gelegen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sauber und ordentlich. Das B&B hat alles, was man benötigt.

Super séjour dans cette belle maison entourée des vignes donc très calme. Emplacement top pour visiter Rimini, Urbino, San marin et pour aller à la plage à Riccione. L'appartement est confortable équipé et suffisant pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est agréable en soirée et même si on doit la partager avec les 2 autres appartements elle est suffisamment grande et équipée pour que tous puissions en profiter en même temps. les 2 piscines sont grandes et propres avec douche et WC à proximité. Un lave linge est même à disposition près du parking si on veut faire la lessive. Sandro et sa famille sont très accueillants et souriants et toujours là en cas de question. Dégustation des vins du vignoble offerte lors d'une soirée très conviviale. Vins très bons. tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour dans votre belle région.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven! Antonella is zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons een erg welkom gevoel gegeven. De kamer is erg schoon en je hebt een mooi balkon. De omgeving is rustig wat erg fijn is. parkeren is goed te doen voor het verblijf. Dankjewel Antonella, je bent een erg fijne host.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Claudio war ein Traum! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in den Bergen, abgelegen von dem ganzen Tourismus und es ist ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, der Ausblick beim Frühstück ist atemberaubend und der Infinitypool einfach toll! Claudio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps für Tagesausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Man kann Claudio immer nach Hilfe fragen und Francesca macht die besten Nudeln mit frischen und regionalen Produkten! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!! Fabio, Jannik & Jana

Elisa ci ha accolti con il sorriso e dopo averci mostrato la casa ci ha offerto un’ottima bottiglia di sua produzione! Siamo stati benissimo, nella pace e nel silenzio. I nostri figli hanno trovato un luogo dove potersi riposare e ognuno di noi ha trovato un proprio spazio. Se ci si vuol rilassare e rallentare i ritmi è il luogo ideale.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

Spędziliśmy tam 10 dni naszych wakacji. Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, bardzo dobrze wyposażone, czysto. Do morza dojazd 15 minut samochódem. Okolica bardzo spokojna. Polecamy 🙂

Posto stupendo per rilassarsi e gustare gli ottimi prodotti fatti in casa. Grande gentilezza degli ospiti e tantissimi gatti da coccolare! La camera era bella e spaziosa... insomma tutto è stato perfetto!

tutto davvero meraviglioso, dalla gentilezza e cordialità dei genitori di Eleonora al Podere Baratta che è davvero un gioiello. vista spettacolare, dintorni pazzeschi, camera spaziosa e pulitissima. e la chicca della vasca idromassaggio che guarda la vallata è da non perdere. grazie di tutto, speriamo di tornarci presto

We were greeted on arrival by Manu. She was always very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment was as described, as was the location. It was very tranquil with good views, especially of San Marino. It is hilly so you will need your car to visit places. Electric bikes would be a good choice if you want to be more physical. Supermarkets are a few kilometres drive but easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant's similar. Beaches are accessible in Rimini and Riccione with plenty of sun loungers if that's what you prefer. Carlo was very responsive to any questions we had and nothing was too much bother, you could contact him any time. The fresh produce from the farm shop was first class as was the home produced wine and all at reasonable prices. If you want a quiet break to unwind but also within easy reach of some magnificent locations then I would recommend you stay here. Grazier mille Carlo, e magnifico.

Wir haben uns super Wohlgefühlt. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Schöne Unterkunft und Anlage, großer Pool. Wir haben uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Großes Einkaufszentrum direkt nebenan. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und waren in wenigen Minuten am Strand und konnten die Umgebung erkunden. Nicoletta hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. San Marino, San Leo, Cesenatico waren sehenswerte Ausflugsziele. Vielen Dank an Nicoletta und die lieben Eltern.wir haben unsere Gastgeber sehr ins Herz geschlossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato presso la tenuta 5 giorni con una coppia di amici e che dire: struttura magnifica immersa nel verde con vista sulle colline romagnole; una bella piscina all'esterno con attorno un biliardino e un tavolo da ping pong per passare qualche momento di relax ed infine le camere in cui abbiamo dormito erano spaziose, comode e pulite. Abbiamo richiesto se c'era la possibilità di fare un barbecue e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili nel soddisfare la nostra richiesta. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti questa struttura.

Ana è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è molto bella, la camera e il bagno hanno tutto ciò che può servire. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Ottima la colazione. A pochi minuti di auto dal mare e dal circuito di Misano. Tutto super!
