Apart from the fact that it is not very convenient without Wi-Fi, everything else is good, it is a five-minute walk to the exhibition hall, which is perfect for people attending the exhibition.

Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is superbly equipped. You feel right at home!! The accommodation is very central, you can get everywhere on foot. We liked it very much and were grateful to have Stefano as a host! Gladly again!!

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful time in Remini. Grazia's apartment was very clean and modern. Communication was very easy and fast. The location could not be better - beautiful and quiet but so close to grocery/market and local attractions. This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, fully fenced outdoor space, a quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, make this an optimal solution for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, who can be reached at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around on arrival and was at our side with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious plot with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The furnishings leave little to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the accommodation was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door, always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to take beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

Definitely the best 💓 Laura and Roberto were very kind, always available for any questions, the accommodation is clean, tidy, there is EVERYTHING to feel at home🥰 and also super convenient to have two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, pots, and appliances! The apartment is also nice and cool, there is always the shade of the trees that surround it. It seems to me that I can't stop writing about the infinite benefits that I find in that accommodation, it is clear that the owners have done everything with logic, they have put their soul into it😍. We will definitely come back again.♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. We highly recommend staying at Elena and Antonio’s apartment.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

Ruben is an excellent host, very kind, responsive and friendly. He responded to our questions quickly and offered us a quality welcome. The accommodation is exactly as described, easy to access and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also close to the sea, public transport or shops for shopping. An amazing house facing the sea. The beach is downstairs! No danger, easy with kids. A beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden. It's really a nice environment. Warning for those who want to sleep… a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but it's the price to pay for having such a beautiful house) bring earplugs, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning, there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Very quiet surroundings, not far from the city center and the beach. There are large supermarkets around. The host is very enthusiastic and told us that we just caught the local summer solstice festival. You can see the midnight fireworks by the window in the room. You can park for free opposite the house. It's quite safe. Everything is very convenient. The host is very nice. Thank you.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

From the very first moment, we were greeted with a rare kindness – Antonella and Leano are authentic, warm and helpful people, able to make you feel immediately at home. If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

Enrico is an exceptional host! He contacted me in advance to make sure the trip was going well and, upon arrival, he was there waiting for me. He showed me the apartment carefully and was immediately available for any need. During my stay, he wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay in Rimini. Gabriele and his lovely wife Bianca treated us like family. They were more than helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend their AirBnB more. We will certainly return ☺️.
