Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig und gut gelegen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Sara war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

La casa era a dir poco fantastica! Nella casa è tutto studiato alla precisione e nel minimo dettaglio, a 1 min a piedi dal centro di Cattolica con tutti i comfort e i ristoranti/spiagge. Stefano è un host fantastico, super disponibile e ci ha accolti nel miglior modo possibile! Torneremo sicuramente a Cattolica ed alloggeremo qui! Grazie per averci ospitati!!

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Das mit Abstand schönste Airbnb welches ich bis jetzt hatte. Die Lage ist bombastisch, direkt gegenüber ein super Fisch Restaurant, zum Strand 10 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem e Scooter, welche an jeder Ecke stehen. Zur Innenstadt von rimini sind es ebenfalls nur 5 geh Minuten. Sehr zentral. Die Haus war sehr sauber, schick eingerichtet und hatte ausreichend Klima Anlagen falls es mal etwas wärmer werden sollte 😂 hier kommen wir aufjedenfall wieder hin! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Wir haben uns in Giovannis Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Giovanni ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber – stets freundlich, kommunikativ und gut erreichbar. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich herumgeführt und stand uns mit hilfreichen Informationen zur Seite. Die Villa liegt auf einem großzügigen Grundstück mit mehreren schönen Terrassen. Besonders die private Terrasse besticht durch einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal, die Olivenbäume und die Burg. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien sowie hausgemachtem Öl, Essig und Kräutern aus dem Garten. Frisches Wasser steht ebenfalls bereit. Schlaf- und Sitzmöbel sind bequem und die Unterkunft war sauber. Giovanni und seine Familie wohnen nebenan – stets präsent, aber diskret. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Dank seiner Empfehlungen konnten wir schöne Tagesausflüge nach Rimini, San Marino, Riccione und zu ruhigeren Orten unternehmen. Danke!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Marina e il marito sono persone squisite, in grado di farti sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili, offrono un alloggio molto comodo (pochi minuti a piedi da mare e centro), funzionale e perfetto anche per una famiglia come noi con bimbi piccoli.

Sicuramente migliori 💓 Laura e Roberto sono stati molto gentili, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda, l'alloggio e pulito, ordinato, c'è TUTTTO per sentirsi a casa🥰 e anche super comodo avere due camere da letto distanti. La cucina è ben attrezzata di tutte stoviglie, pentole, elettrodomestici! L'appartamento è anche bel fresco, c'è sempre l'ombra degli alberi che lo circondano. Mi sembra che non smetto scrivere benefici infinite che trovo nel quel alloggio, si vede che proprietari hanno fatto tutto con logica, hanno messo l'anima 😍 Sicuramente torneremo ancora♥️

E’ il secondo anno che torniamo da Gianfranco ed è sempre una esperienza molto positiva. L’appartamento è accogliente e curato nei dettagli , Gianfranco è una persona molto disponibile e la comunicazione con lui è sempre ottimale. Sembra di stare a casa proria. Sicuramente è diventato il nostro punto di riferimento a Rimini

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. We highly recommend staying at Elena and Antonio’s apartment.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen und nur 15min vom Strand zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Einkaufen oder Essen zu gehen in der Nähe

Wir haben uns bei Chiara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und süß eingerichtet. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Salz, Kaffee oder Waschmittel standen bereits zur Verfügung. Chiara hat immer recht zeitnah auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Neben der Beantwortung von Fragen schickte sie ebenfalls Empfehlungen von Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat im Juni ist tatsächlich eine Klimaanlage 😅 darauf hatten wir vorher nicht geachtet. Dadurch das es nur ein Zimmer ist kann man schlecht Durchzug erzeugen. Ansonsten ist die Gegend recht ruhig und man ist in 3 Gehminuten am Strand!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella quiete delle colline romagnole: Il Rudere di Teodorano è uno di quei posti che ti rimangono nel cuore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara – Antonella e Leano sono persone autentiche, calorose e disponibili, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Se venite qua non potete perdervi la schiaccia, una bontá divina! La location è incantevole: silenzio rotto solo dai suoni della natura, e un’atmosfera senza tempo che invita alla lentezza e alla serenità. Perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore.

Una casa perfetta, vicinissima in macchina alla fiera, la casa spaziosissima e con tutto il necessario. Il terrazzo poi è la ciliegina sulla torta

Enrico è un host eccezionale! Mi ha contattato in anticipo per assicurarsi che il viaggio stesse andando bene e, all’arrivo, era lì ad aspettarmi. Mi ha mostrato l’appartamento con attenzione e si è reso subito disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Durante il soggiorno mi ha scritto più volte per sapere se andasse tutto bene o se avessi bisogno di qualcosa. Grazie Enrico per la tua ospitalità e cortesia!

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay in Rimini. Gabriele and his lovely wife Bianca treated us like family. They were more than helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend their AirBnB more. We will certainly return ☺️.

Alloggiare nell’appartamento affittato da Sara è stato meraviglioso, zona molto tranquilla, pulitissimo e molto ordinato. Sara è stata gentilissima, una delle migliori host che abbia mai incontrato.

Het verblijf is goed verlopen met hele fijne communicatie. Het appartement is mooi en schoon en zou het zeker mensen aanraden!
