Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Salerno

Mattia was very loving and concerned during our stay, super attentive at all times, we had a mini problem and she solved it immediately, she even made us a cake when we arrived along with more food for breakfast! The accommodation is more beautiful in person, it is spacious, it has a spectacular terrace for breakfast in the mornings, it is not noisy and it was in very good condition, super well equipped kitchen. As for the location, it is about half an hour walk from the center of Salerno and is also far from the main attractions (Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano), about 1-3 hours by bus. The bus stop is just below the accommodation, however, to move along the coast is tedious unless you take the first bus of the day, otherwise the ferry that can be taken at the port below or in the center of Salerno is much more convenient, although it is more expensive. There are some markets to buy essentials 5-10 minutes away on foot. Overall, it was a good stay!

Myself and my husband spent 2 weeks in Italy, visiting multiple towns and cities. Marco’s place was by far the best accommodation we had the pleasure of staying in. The apartment was luxurious, well furnished, impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could have asked for. Marco went above and beyond, even leaving us with drinks and local ingredients for cooking, which wasn’t expected, but so very appreciated. He also provided great restaurant and site-seeing recommendations. We would return in a heart-beat. Thank you Marco!!

We loved our stay at this apartment. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean apartment. Very comfortable beds. Great location for train station and cafes and restaurants. Perfect base for boat tour of Amalfi coast and visit to Pompeii by train. Hosts were very helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome. Would love to return one day.

I had a comfortable stay like at home for 3 nights and 4 days. I was able to! Above all, the host responded quickly and kept checking to see if there were any inconveniences in the middle, and I slept deeply like it was my own home and spent the day There was a day, too. Thank you!!

Location, location, location. Short walk from the train station and in the heart of Salerno. What more could you ask for. Antonio was very helpful with instructions and several restaurants recommendations. Definitely would stay again!

Giuseppe is a great host, went above and beyond to accommodate us, on our morning of departure he made sure he was there to greet us off just as he did when we checked in, also Antonio from the ceramic shop had made us a souvenir that took 2 days to make but wasn't sure we would get it in time of our departure, Giuseppe was at our door step the early morning of our departure day with souvenir in hand, Above and beyond a true superhost, we hadn't left Italy yet and my wife and I are already planning our next trip back in the very near future. His excursion to pasteum was very well articulated and very knowledgeable. Again 5+ stars...

This was all around an amazing stay and Alfonso was an incredible host that provided a lot of information on things to do in the area. We absolutely loved our time.

We had a wonderful time at Marianne’s apartment. Everything we needed was there, exactly like the pictures. The view from the balcony is awesome- with the morning coffee or with a night glass of wine. We will definitely return. The apartment is on 4 level with many stairs but view makes this worth. We even were able to find parking near the apartment, Thank you Marianne for a great vacation.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful views. The hostess is loving, friendly and always available. He sent a person to pick us up and on the way out he took us to the station. Excellent cook!! She made us an exquisite cake and invited us with limoncello made by her. Everything was impeccable!!! Thank you very much!!

A truly pleasant stay in Salerno. The accommodation meets all expectations. Very comfortable, well furnished and equipped. The washing machine is a plus! Beautiful balcony and excellent ventilation! Valerio was very clear and gave us simple instructions, even though we never saw him! Salerno is beautiful. We loved it! We would have stayed longer! Another plus is the location. 200 meters from the train station, 400 meters from the ferry terminal for the Amalfi Coast and 150 meters from the pedestrian area. Fantastic! We'd love to go back.

Our stay at Nicola’s was excellent. Check in was easy, the apartment looks even better than the pictures, and the location is great. Nicola was a fabulous host, maybe the best Airbnb host we have ever had. We were not aware that our stay in Pompeii was during an Italian holiday and had difficulty with our archeological site ticket purchase due to the holiday. Nicola saved the entire trip to Pompeii by finding us a private guide who was fabulous. Nicola also helped us find Vesuvius tickets when they were sold out thru the site. You will not regret booking Nicola’s apartment.

We had the most amazing stay. Giovanni communicated promptly with us before we arrived, booked transport for us coming and going . He was very friendly, greeted us on arrival, helped to carry our suitcases up the many steps and explained where all the best spots are for swimming etc. This place was just amazing. The view from the main bedroom and the jacuzzi on the balcony with the most spectacular view. We cooked our own dinners most nights and the kitchen and grocery shops had everything we needed to make delicious meals. I wish we can return to this place again.

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

Waking up to the sight of the sparkling sea and coastal towns was nothing short of magical. Huge private balcony with a very welcoming heated jacuzzi. The apartment itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every corner felt fresh and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast, yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet mornings and sunsets. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hosts Serena and Carmen were so sweet and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in this beautiful region! Looking forward to our return.

Serena's place is better than the pictures. If you want somewhere to relax off the beaten path on the Almalfi Coast this is the place. Serena is amazing and so helpful with recommendations and ideas for transportation. Serena's dad picked us up and took us back to the ferry terminal as well as the mini market so we didn't have to walk up the hill. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. Mostly because we fell in love with Praiano and the pool and view of this place is unmatched. Roberta was so helpful in booking a sunset cruise with transport, dinner recs and so much more. I will dream of this stay for a very long time.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Close enough to Positano to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, while being tucked away just enough to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are simply stunning, and there are fantastic local restaurants and bars within easy reach. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. They greeted us personally at check-in, made us feel completely at home, and had the room fully stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, water, wine, and juices. Roberto went above and beyond throughout our stay - from helping us arrange transportation to organizing a taxi back to Naples when we were having phone issues. Whatever we needed, they were there for us. The room was cleaned daily, and when we needed laundry done, they took care of that too. It was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

Stay was perfect - great place, highly recommended. Close to Pompei, Vesuvius, Naples, Sorento.
