Cottage holiday rentals in Province of Sassari

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

We had a beautiful 5 day stay here. The pool was very peaceful and beautiful, with all day sun. The grounds are stunning and natural - lots of plants and flowers, which was so pleasant. It was very nicely arranged. We loved to have breakfast on the deck next to the jasmine trellis. We especially loved the animals on the property, the cats and sweet dog, Nala, who made this place feel like a home. You are sharing the outdoor spaces with the other rental home on the property, but it feels very private, relaxing and quiet. The bed was also very comfortable! We had such a nice stay and would definitely recommend. We hope to be back one day! Thank you for the lovely stay and memories.

We booked our stay very spontaneously and did not regret it for a second! The view from the terrace is indescribable. The house has a lot of space to be able to arrive in a larger group. Four separate bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, two terraces, a barbecue area and a whirlpool await you here. So there is plenty of space to spend time together or to retreat if necessary. The villa is a bit older and has aged, but it is very well preserved, which only underlines the charm of the picturesque surroundings. In our opinion, a modern new building would be out of place here. Personal communication or via messages was very friendly and cooperative. All concerns were resolved as quickly as possible. We are very satisfied and would book again at any time!

Perfect little cottage outside of the touristic side of Sardinia. Pretty remote but very peaceful. The patio and the garden are the best part without a doubt. Great host, easy and fast communication!

Very responsive and gives very good advice! Arranged for us on the arrival time, very kind of them! Very, very responsive as soon as we had a request or other! The accommodation was clean, tidy and well-equipped. It had air conditioning and a swimming pool in the residence! Restaurants, supermarkets and scooter and car rentals nearby. Beaches near the apartment! I recommend it!

We stayed at Myriam's place for a week in April 2025. It is very peaceful, with amazing views of the ocean from the terrace. The absolutely beautiful La Pelosa beach is in walking distance, 10-15 minutes. Since the beach is popular even in late April, being able to just walk down is a major advantage. You can also just walk out to the west coast, which is usually a bit rougher but makes for great hikes. We visited Castelsardo, Alghero, Neptune's grotto, and went on a day trip to Asinara Island National Park, all of if was beautiful. We had a great time. Myriam was very helpful, the check-in was easy, and she accommodate a late check-out. The apartment is very nice and we would have loved to stay longer.

Marzia is adorable, very responsive and always good advice. The house is quiet, large garden for children to let off steam, and ideally located between beaches and land to discover the North of Sardinia. The house is very holiday and is functional. We would highly recommend!!

Some details that could improve the place The table is too high compared to the chairs, which is not nice for the back. (I told Dario about it), towels at the end of life, probably at the end of the season too. The place is relatively quiet. You can hear the road when it rains. As it was in October. It was not always easy to find activities a car is necessary to be able to get around. We were still able to enjoy the small terrace in front of the house. Do not use Apple Maps to find the house. In fact, we struggled a little, but Dario brought us back to the right road.

Omar great host, very helpful and patient. Our flight was delayed and picking up the hire car took longer than normal. House very clean and kitchen well stocked with all the necessary items. Even received a lovely bottle of wine from Omars father. House situated in very quiet area and parking and access behind locked gates on the property.

Very nice quiet cottage in the countryside. Very nice for our little dog without any worries in contact with other animals. The house is spacious and comfortable, atypical and tastefully decorated. Very nice welcome also to show us the way and make us discover the house. We'll be happy to go back.

Just what we needed, an amazing, beautiful and peaceful place, very close to some great beaches as well (we had a car). We will spread the word with family and friends and try to come back. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you Manon.

We had a great time at Paolo's place. A very warm welcome despite the late hour, a very well-equipped, pleasant house. The terrace is perfect for sunny breakfasts and the garden is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the holidays! I hope we get to come back.

We were very well received by Sebastiano who gave us a gift of local specialties. Its homemade orange and lemon products are delicious. Luciana has given us plenty of ideas to visit this beautiful region and is always available if needed. The place is very well placed to visit northern Sardinia. Finally, La Casedda is a haven of peace surrounded by birds, trees, and flowers. It's a joy for nature lovers! A big thank you to Luciana, Sebastiano and Ester hoping to see you again next time...

We had a nice holiday in the north of the island as the second part of our Sardinia trip. We particularly liked the proximity to the beach. Sometimes we were even all alone on the beach and had great shallow water for swimming. The accommodation offered everything we needed and the evenings on the terrace with sunset were magical.

Jacqueline was a lovely host, she sent us recommendations, welcomed us with some basics in the kitchen and generally super friendly and responsive. The property is a stones throw away from a beautiful beach with a cute restaurant but also right next a supermarket which was super convenient. We felt really at home and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We will definitely be back!

We liked Giovanni's place very much. The bungalow is incredibly beautiful next to olive trees. Despite the heat, the building was still very cool and we didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning. Thanks to fly screens, we were able to ventilate generously. The kitchen was well equipped to cook or have breakfast on site. The gas grill was also very useful. We were very kindly greeted by Giovanni and were allowed to try specialties from his production. He was also available at all times for questions and recommendations. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Very very nice house with beautiful view.

An unforgettable week, in the name of discovery. Lorenzo's house was the base from which to leave for our adventures and the certainty of returning from each of them to find a hospitable , welcoming and functional place. At night , the outdoor shower to shake the salt was a real pleasure . We cannot fail to mention Mrs. Liviana who welcomed us with affection and kindness , giving us very useful tips about the areas to visit and having a pleasant chat. It made us feel like family . We hope to be back.

A quiet and comfortable place, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were very accommodating and did everything to ensure a smooth and comfortable welcome to us and our little kids. The place was very clean and matched the photos well.

Overall a great place. Very secluded place but a great place to just unwind.  The property is great with a lot of interesting places to take a look at.
