Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Trieste

Lage sehr günstig zu Altstadt / Fussgängerzone und Strand Sehr gut und qualitätvoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit angenehm viel Platz. Empfehlung: bei Buchung in Zusatzangaben vermerken, wenn nicht alle gebuchten Personen Paare sind, und getrennte Betten erforderlich sind. Sonst wird automatisch angenommen, dass sämtliche gebuchten Erwachsenen in Doppelbetten bzw. französischen Betten schlafen. Bei der Buchung selbst kann nur Anzahl der Erwachsenen angegeben werden. Der Lösungsbeitrag der Gastgeber zum somit bei uns entstandenen kleinen Problem beim Einzug war wenig elegant und hätte kundenfreundlich grosszügiger sein können. Der Aufenthalt selbst in der Wohnung war angenehm und problemlos. Die Wohnung (Zugang und Maisonette) ist nicht geeignet bei starker Gehbehinderung / Rollstuhl. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

Manuela und Marco sind super nette Gastgeber. Sie haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Sowohl in den Bergen als auch am Meer gibt es viel zu entdecken. Tolle Lage vom Haus. Nur 30 min zum Meer und 45min in die Berge. Wir waren in Slovenien an einem tollen Gebirgsbach, dank Marcos Tipp. Wir waren zu acht. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die große Küche und die großen Tische waren herrlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our technical staff stayed at the house for a week. It is very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Good communication with hosts. Recommend!

Silvia è stata molto carina e gentile, la casa è bella grande, forse anche troppo per le nostre esigenze e la zona è tranquilla. Avevo delle aspettative forse più alte ma tutto sommato il nostro soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole. Silvia è stata un host gentile e disponibile in tutto, la consiglierei a chi vuole un buon punto d'appoggio abbastanza strategico per salire a Gorizia o scendere a Trieste.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (10 Personen) in der Villa. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus hat einen schönen, großen Garten und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Ausflüge nach Triest und Muggia haben wir sehr genossen. Zum Baden sind wir jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Appartamento molto spazioso perfetto per una famiglia o per due coppie di amici che vogliono un pochino di privacy con un bagno per coppia a disposizione. Appartamento dotato di molti confort come lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il parcheggio disponibile nel cortile del condominio e l'appartamento al primo piano consentono una facile agibilità e comodità. Bellissimo il grande balcone allestito per pranzi e cene all'aperto ben ventilato.

Appartamento sulla Darsena di Grado. Veramente molto pulito, arredato con gusto, accogliente e con tutto il necessario (stoviglie in abbondanza, lavatrice, forno, tv, wifi ecc...). Stanze spaziose, ottimi i materassi. Sembrava tutto nuovo. Bella la vista. Comodissimo e sicuro il parcheggio all'interno del cortile dell'edificio cosí come la presenza di un ampio ascensore. A due minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pochi minuti in piú dalla spiaggia. Pizzeria e ristoranti dietro l'angolo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io, mio marito e i miei due figli di 8 e 6 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Casa pulitissima e nuova. Tutto in ordine, tutto nuovo, tutto perfettamente funzionante. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile

Sensationelle Lage mit unvergleichlichem Blick aufs Meer und wunderschönem Privatstrand … die 220 Stufen lohnen sich auf jeden Fall. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, auf der Terrasse die Sonnenuntergänge genossen, unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, da alles eingezäunt ist und nach kurzer „Eingewöhnung“ war auch die Anfahrt zum Grundstück problemlos zu schaffen. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit unser Auto am Haus zu laden! Vielen Dank an die hilfsbereiten und immer erreichbaren Gastgeber.

Cinzia foi gentil e atenciosa, o apartamento é confortável, limpo e com todas as comodidades importantes para o cotidiano, nos sentimos em casa. A localização é excelente e tem estacionamento pago próximo, mercado, farmácia, restaurantes, lojas, açougue… enfim, perto de tudo. Para pessoas com restrição na locomoção pode ser difícil chegar no apartamento porque não tem elevador, mas para nós isso não foi um problema. Esperamos poder voltar :)

Posto davvero stupendo e molto tranquillo, ideale per chi cerca un po' di relax, o come me un po' di silenzio per preparare un esame importante! L’appartamento era pulito e curato nei dettagli. Il proprietario è sempre stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e pronto a venire incontro a ogni mia esigenza. Grazie ancora per la grande flessibilità e cortesia: mi sono sentita davvero benvenuta. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Esperienza ottima nella villa di Mauro! Posto riservato ma non isolato. Quartiere tranquillo immerso in un paesaggio fantastico. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo sentiti a casa, i nostri cani si sono divertiti nell’enorme giardino. Casa dotata di molte comodità, e Mauro è stato super ospitale e gentile nei nostri riguardi, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze anche di check in e check out! Speriamo di tornarci presto! Un’ottima sistemazione . Il casale con cantina, molto bella e ben ristrutturata con una magnifica vista sui vigneti che la circondano. A pochi minuti da Gorizia e Nova Gorica, un’oasi di pace la casa ha ogni comfort ma allo stesso tempo molto genuina un eleganza di altri tempi , così come lo sono i proprietari, Si percepisce dai dettagli della casa hanno molta passione e sono molto rispettosi della natura che li circonda. Colazione generosa, griglia e arredamento da esterno. Ideale per soggiorno in compagnia di amici o famiglia numerosa.

The best place for long stay. Everything was clean, nice, house was very comfy. Nikolas is very friendly and helpful, communication was always fast and without problem. I can only recommend.
