Unfortunately, the sea is a little further away than expected. This is how you get to your walk every day. Location a little outside the old town and restaurants but everything super within walking distance! The hosts are attentive and respond quickly and kindly. Two car parking spaces directly on the property with sliding gate. Inside quite newly renovated, with the highest number of people it is really busy but everyone has enough space. We would definitely spend our men's vacation there again if we go there again =)

The accommodation is very centrally located, in the center of Grados. Nevertheless, it is very quiet there. The apartment has two balconies, which is practical for drying bathing suits. If you want to complain about something, then the very small bathroom and the fact that the four of us only had one key.

Wow, what an incredible stay here with picture perfect views of the sea! It was a mesmerizing way to start and end my daily adventures. Trieste is about 10 minutes away by car. There are some restaurants nearby. The place itself was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The driveway is bit narrow and steep, but you get used to it very fast. Highly recommend for a fabulous/relaxing stay!

We stayed a week in Trieste. The location of the accommodation is great, more central is not possible, so it is a bit noisy but thanks to good windows and air conditioning not a major problem. We had two small concerns, both of which were promptly dealt with. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Thank you for the little surprise goodbye, next time I visit I'll only see Elisa

We had a great stay in the Rubino apartment. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Trieste, with all the sights and plenty of excellent bars, restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The building and the apartment have been refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment is well laid out and well equipped; it was absolutely ideal for our group of five friends. Nada was a perfect host. Communication with her was excellent, and she went out of her way to look after us, including being flexible with check-in and check-out times. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
