Very clean and bright apartment in a great location.

Ampio appartamento in una bella zona di Trieste (a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza Unità d'Italia). La casa è fornita di tutto (anche per soggiorni più lunghi del nostro), es. lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie. Gli spazi della casa sono molto grandi, soprattutto il salone. Sotto casa si può tentare di trovare posto per l'auto (parcheggi lungo la strada), altrimenti si può fare il check in lasciando temporaneamente l'auto sotto casa e poi parcheggiando ad un parcheggio a pagamento a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Infine sia il sig. Leandro che il suo collaboratore sono molto veloci nel rispondere ai messaggi.

Una bellissima scoperta! Alloggio in posizione strategica, abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina e ci siamo sempre mossi o a piedi o con i mezzi. L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa alle porte del centro storico della città, di fronte si trova un supermercato e ci sono diverse fermate dell'autobus a pochi metri dal portone d'ingresso. All'interno lo spazio è accogliente e ben organizzato, pulitissimo. Bagno e cucina attrezzati e funzionali. La comunicazione con i genitilissimi Luigi ed Andria è stata sempre semplice ed immediata. Ve lo consiglio!

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso, luminoso e pulitissimo. Posizione ottima sia per visitare la città sia per raggiungere mezzi di superficie. Silvio è un host gentilissimo, sempre reattivo e disponibile. Molto comoda la modalità di check-in. Consigliato!!!

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut zentral, mitten in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Aircondition war im August super! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Appartamento comodissimo, con ampi spazi e con due bagni che fanno la differenza. Molto pulito. Ottima posizione, perché vicino al centro. Consigliatissimo!!!

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Kann allerdings nachts wegen der Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe etwas laut werden. Privater Parkplatz im nah gelegenen Parkhaus vorhanden, kostet 20 € pro Tag extra. Moderne und gut eingerichtete Küche.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e fornito di tutti i comfort necessari. La stanza e il bagno erano ben puliti ed ordinati, la posizione è strategica per visitare, non solo il centro ma anche i dintorni della città che valgono la pena di essere scoperti. Costantino infine si è rivelato un Host molto attento, disponibile e presente ed ha fatto la differenza rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Villagio Europa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben schnell Freunde kennengelernt und viel gespielt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der Checkin ist zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr garantiert, sobald das Haus sauber ist. Laut Beschreibung waren wir von garantiert für 16 Uhr ausgegangen. Wir mussten etwas mehr als eine Stunde warten.

Franco and Marina are the best hosts we had so far, as soon as you walk in they welcome you with the warmest smile, we felt right at home. We came late at night and they were nice enough to offer us dinner, we sat together listening to wonderful stories about their journeys travelling the world, we could have spent the whole night talking, but we had a wedding to attend the next day so we had to rest. The house is very tastefully decorated, it reflects Franco and Marinas personality, every piece of furniture tells a story. Very clean and well maintained, they both made sure we had our privacy and everything we needed. Franco made sure that in the morning we had breakfast, genuine local produce, he personally made us coffee and served everything so attentively. They offered us a ride to the wedding venue and made sure we got there on time. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! What was supposed to be a quick stay turned in to a wonderful friendship with these beautiful souls!

Es ist wie Ankommen bei Freunden. Gemütlich, alles wohl vorbereitet, grosszügig. Bei Freunden würde man nur auf Nachfrage bemängeln, dass einige von uns mit den durchgelegen wirkenden Betten nicht ganz zurecht kam. Das steht dem Wunsch nach einem baldigen Wiedersehen bei den meisten aber nicht im Wege.

Alloggio molto carino, spazioso e pulito dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Unica cosa che mancavano e che io trovo molto utile sono dei ganci per appendere i vestiti come quelli trovati in bagno. Per il resto molti armadi. Villaggio curato. L unica nota un pò dolente è stata la difficoltà di comunicazione con l host perchè non risponde in tempi brevissimi. Per tutto il resto è davvero ok. Consigliato.

L'appartamento corrisponde alle descrizioni indicate. All'interno del villaggio,sempre puliti e molto bello moltissimi servizi e personale molto gentile. Unica nota da segnalare che il checkout alle 9:00 è un po' presto e che pagare al bar della spiaggia qualsiasi consumazione solo col braccialetto è un po' scomodo. Consigliatissimo.

Our stay at Renata’s place was the perfect ending for our Italian family trip from Bologna to Trieste (one mother and two daughters). The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, but there is a bus line also to easier access, than 5 minute walk uphill from bus station to the house. We felt safe and in peace at this accommodation. The three levelled house is gorgeous, well equipped and has a personal vibe through the little details, carefully decorated with personal treasures, unique items and renovated furnitures. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arriving, bathroom and kitchen extra tidy and clean! We got towels, slippers and Renata & Dario even got us some welcome goodies for breakfast and for snacks and welcomed us with nicely written words too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen also. The view is even better than in pictures, perfect for eating outside on the terrace, and sippin’ in the coastal atmosphere. There is simply nothing to complain about! 10/10

Manuela und Marco sind super nette Gastgeber. Sie haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Sowohl in den Bergen als auch am Meer gibt es viel zu entdecken. Tolle Lage vom Haus. Nur 30 min zum Meer und 45min in die Berge. Wir waren in Slovenien an einem tollen Gebirgsbach, dank Marcos Tipp. Wir waren zu acht. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die große Küche und die großen Tische waren herrlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe appartement très bien situé dans Trieste. La déco est top, les équipements très complets. Tout est facile d'utilisation. La configuration de l'appart était idéale pour nous. A savoir un couple et deux grands ados. Un grand salon avec de belles baies vitrées donnant sur un super et grand patio, et, de chaque coté une chambre avec salle de bain. Du coup chacun pouvait vivre sa vie. Le petit plus que je n'avais pas noté avant d'arriver est le spa dans l'une des salles de bain. Pour nous qui étions en voiture le garage a été très appréciable car j'ai l'impression que Trieste n'est pas la ville idéale pour se garer. En parlant de Trieste c'est vraiment une ville qui vaut la peine d'être visitée. Moins connue que d'autres villes italiennes mais vraiment super vivante et magnifique. Concernant Davide nous n'avons échangé que par téléphone et sms mais tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande vraiment son appartement.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Bellissimo alloggio, vicinissimo alla stazione. Ultimo piano, super tranquillo. Arredato e restaurato con estremo gusto, sobrio ed elegante. Da provare!

We loved our stay at Paolo’s apartment. It is very spacious, clean, modern, and has everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Trieste. The windows keep it quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect, right next to Unity Square, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Paolo was very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We easily could have stayed longer and we’d definitely stay again.

La casa di Marina e’ grande e accessoriata bene, letti comodi, bagni grandi e piacevoli. Spazi comuni notevoli! La posizione ottima, sotto casa fermata bus per raggiungere il lungo mare e il centro in brevissimo tempo, parcheggio taxi davanti al portone. Parcheggi auto vicino se fortunati! Park S. Giacomo a 5’ da casa( a pagamento). Marina cordiale e puntuale e informata! Ottimo soggiorno grazie! Marco
