It was a really beautiful place right next to the Lake. Giulia have us great recommendations and Always answered really quickly. There ia a Restaurant right under it, but it was Always pretty quiet anyway.

The place was ideal, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Jonas was very kind and helpful!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from enjoying our stay in Monica's fantastic apartment to the fullest. The place offers real luxury and comfort: the kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could ideally use the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or watch the rain on the balcony by the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday are highly recommended! Monica was an amazing host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

This spectacular apartment overlooking Lake Maggiore is situated above a boathouse, so we could hear the water lapping the shore below as if we were on the ocean. The property is gated and the grounds are in pristine condition with lush trees and direct lake access with a small, private beach below. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. The great room (shared living room/dining area/kitchenette) is wide open with amazing views in every direction. We cooked several meals in the kitchen with ease. There are two large bedrooms and a brand new pull out couch, which was incredibly comfortable. The pillows and bedding were top quality. The bathroom is large (by European standards) and fully stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean. Already noted by other reviews was the steep driveway so we parked above and walked down. Not a problem in the slightest. Communication with Jo and the property manager was perfect! We will definitely return! Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful stay at the place! Everything was exactly as stated in the description – if not better. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with restaurants and shopping. I would especially like to highlight the host, who is very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail has gone into this work. I felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a pleasant, stress-free accommodation!

A very beautiful location at the Lago Maggiore. Ruth was very welcoming with great suggestions for restaurants. I would always come back to that place.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. Omg! The Location is unbelievable! You step down onto your terrace, that is a lookout (hundreds years old tower) over the lake. Looking West at the sunset. Unbelievable! This location is 5 stars! The house is equipped for big parties and young people of all ages with children maybe, so much fun! Beach entrance right there. For my 82 year old parents it was challenging because The mattresses in the master bedroom are very firm, as is common for Italy. And the seating around the amazing dinner table is very hard and spartan. I would be back anytime! But not with older travelers, that are used to cushioned comfort! Maria, Giulia and Alessio, you are the best! What a heavenly place! Thank you so much for making this available to travelers. This is an Italian experience at its best!

Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

The location of this house is incredible. Steps from the town square and the lake front. The small balcony is the perfect place for a morning coffee and a glimpse of the water. The house itself is clean and simple. No grocery staples and the nearest grocer is a twenty minute walk, so come prepared, but many lovely restaurants just steps from the house. We wished we had beach towels or blanket to enjoy the small beaches. Davide was friendly and always responsive. Porto Ceresio is a friendly and lovely town .

Very pleasant, courteous and friendly landlords, amenities as described. The location is excellent, Lugano, Como etc. easily accessible. The house is very close to the lake and fenced. Since we were there with dogs, it was awesome. We will be happy to come back!

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

A lovingly renovated house with first-class amenities and a fantastic view of the lake. It is located in a small, quiet place perfect for relaxing stays and from where you can make beautiful excursions to the area. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The hosts are extremely friendly and always helpful – just great. The cleanliness of the house was particularly positive and the small, loving details. I highly recommend this house.

Delia was a fantastic host, always available for information and suggestions. The accommodation matches the photos, very clean and comfortable, we needed something on the ground floor given my mom's mobility difficulties. Lots of parking in the area, I've never had any problems. Highly recommended.

We, three people and two dogs enjoyed the stay in Bianca's house. It is in a great location, the garden is priceless if you are traveling with dogs and the decor was nice and functional. We didn't miss anything. Bianca is a very accommodating host who was quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located apartment. It offers everything you need, very centrally located and has a perfect size for a short vacation. Above all, the view from the balcony is fantastic! Communication and check-in were very straightforward. In the evening it can get a little louder, but with earplugs it is also bearable. Otherwise, we'd love to come back! :)

It was very nice, comfortable and very close to the lake, apartment located. A free beach/lawn area was within easy reach. On the apartment you found everything that is important. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean as well as the bed. The associated terrace is the same size as the apartment and from about 1:30 p.m. sun shines there. To protect yourself from the heat, you have an electric awning on the terrace and very good and functional air conditioning in the apartment. About the hosts: I was amazed how quickly the Jacopo and Claudio respond to our messages! They were very helpful and gave us many opportunities for pastimes. Conclusion: If you want to relax, this would be a perfect place. Shops are within walking distance and Milan is only 30-60 minutes away - depending on where you want Thank you Jacopo and Claudio

We had a great stay at Maria’s place in Laveno. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and centrally located - perfect for exploring the local area on foot or for catching a ferry to explore more of the lake. Maria was a very kind and conscientious host. She supplied us with some great local recommendations and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake Maggiore!

It's an incredible little corner of paradise of beauty and romance, a very strong connection with nature, we really loved it...

The property is very centrally located. The lake, great restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away. You can explore the surroundings on foot or drive to neighboring towns in a few minutes. We were there with a baby, and that also worked wonderfully in the accommodation. There is an elevator, but it is very small. Therefore, you can either leave the stroller folded in the hallway (or carry it up the few steps and place it in the apartment). Top: modern equipment, air conditioning, washing machine for emergencies, many and large closets, in which you can store everything super and so can fully use the small size of the apartment. The location is really great! If you have difficulties with the garage like we did (Mercedes B Class in relation to the narrow garage was problematic), there are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alessandro and his wife were very nice hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the facility, the privacy of its location, and the cleanliness and luxurious accommodations.
