Holiday rentals with a patio in Psakoudia

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We highly recommend staying at Vaso‘s and Ioannis‘ place. The location is great - super close to a beautiful part of the beach and great beach bars. The apartment is nicely furnished and the balcony is great.

It is simply amazing. I can definitely recommend it. The view is the best! I felt super comfortable staying at this place! There were so many restaurants and coffee bars!

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

The apartment was very clean, new, spotless, very nice furnished and fully equipped. Quick access to restaurants and supermarket. Also very close to beaches.

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Lovely apartment close to the sea. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our vacation every day. Our backyard had such a beautiful Mediterranean sea. The water was crystal clear. Close to the apartment there were shops, restaurants and cafes. The people were friendly. We'll come back to this place again.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

The compact apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Location and views are beautiful. The hosts are totally pleasant and accommodating. The building with the residential units is architecturally very successful and blends harmoniously into the rock. The terrace is separated from the neighboring apartments by privacy screens – as far as the background noise is concerned, it may seem a little less private. But it was pleasantly quiet with us. We felt very comfortable - thank you for that!

Thank you for letting us spend our vacation in this beautiful and stylishly furnished cottage. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. It was also nice that we were provided something to eat. The location and views are unique. Being woken up by the sunrise in the morning is wonderful. By car, you can quickly get to the surrounding villages and beaches. The communication with Harry was friendly and quick.

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay in the countryside but with easy access to both coasts. The terrace is large and great for having your meals, coffee or an evening drink. The village has coffee bars and a bakers and a short distance away is a Lidl!! The bed is comfortable, it is very clean and bright and Dafina is a brilliant host. She enabled us an early check in and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We were a family of 5 and it was a perfect space for us. We could easily walk to restaurants & shops. Clean & quiet . Loved having a balcony !
