Holiday rentals with a patio in Psychiko

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Great apartment ( the photos certainly did it justice ) , located in a quiet area , really close to two hospitals , which was the main reason for our reservation. Super responsive , helpful and kind hosts.

I had a really great time staying here. I did not meet the hosts, but checking in was very easy. Elevator to the 7th floor, and then stairs to the roof. The room was wonderful, and I loved the relative privacy on the roof. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. Only thing missing was a microwave. The bathroom was tiny, but functional. Air condition worked perfectly. Internet was fast, but it could slow down during the day. Parking outside can be difficult, but sometimes there are free spaces nearby. I really loved staying here, and I would love to stay again when in Athens. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Rinaldo so much for his hospitality. The apartment & the facilities were exactly as described at the advertisement. The host (Rinaldo) was responding immediately to my phone call & he was always so friendly. Furthermore, he allowed me to stay some more few hours to the apartment since my flight was in the evening. His apartment is strongly recommended & next time I will be in Athens it will be my first priority for my accommodation!!! Rinaldo, once again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Beautiful apartment in a very trendy part of Athens. Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be back

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πάρα πολύ προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια! Άνετα κρεβάτια, άνετη κουζίνα, όμορφα μπαλκόνια μέσα στο πράσινο, ήσυχη γειτονιά. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ επικοινωνιακοί και άμεσα διαθέσιμοι. Ιδανική διαμονή αν επισκέπτεται κάποιος την Αθήνα με αυτοκίνητο καθώς διαθέτει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

L’alloggio di Christos è ben curato e corrisponde alle foto che ha pubblicato. Si dorme bene sia per la comodità del letto che per la tranquillità della zona che sebbene un pochino distante dalle vie principali (15’-20’ a piedi) è sicura. Christos è super disponibile (ad esempio ci ha fornito un paio di asciugamani in più) e risponde velocissimo ad ogni esigenza. Consigliato!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Primero, Atenas es un lugar maravilloso. La estadía en el departamento fue muy buena: limpio, ordenado, cómodo y ubicado en una zona segura. Ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Aunque en la descripción aparecía claramente, al haber reservado un espacio para tres personas con una cama de dos plazas y un sofá, nos sorprendió que las sábanas del sofá donde dormía la tercera persona se cobraran aparte. Sería ideal que la ropa de cama esté incluida según la cantidad de huéspedes. Sin duda recomendaría el departamento de Leonidas. ¡Gracias! 😊

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

Very nice place in a central area, with lots of possibilities but also good connection to the center of Athens.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
