Nice little house with a very nice view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep a little dust on the ground floor when you move in. My husband, my 22-year-old son and I had a very good relaxing stay of 4 days. Our message-based interactions with our host were very pleasant. We recommend

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

Annie’s place was perfect for our stay near Montreux! Bigger than I expected based on the photos, so it was nice to spread out with our group of 6. My kids loved the dart board and those views from the balconies can’t be beat. Annie was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Her little touches made for the best few days!

The accommodation was perfect: clean and well located. The private parking is very useful for easy access to your vehicle. I recommend it to people with a little reduced mobility, the location avoids sloping streets. The place is residential, very quiet and clean. My dog was accepted: it's a real plus. I will book this apartment again during my next stay in the area.

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Évian as a family with two young children (6 and 3 years old). The accommodation was perfect for us - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped for a relaxing family holiday. The location was great, with easy access to everything we needed. What really made our stay stand out was the responsiveness of the hosts. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this place to others looking for a peaceful and welcoming stay in Évian!

We had a very pleasant stay, in such a peaceful environment facing the mountains and with the bonus of the birds singing. Jackie and Eric were available to welcome us on arrival and for our departure. They are also very warm. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

we had a very good stay in Claire and Adrien's accommodation, tastefully decorated accommodation, excellent bedding, the spa bath really a plus after busy days of sightseeing. The only small negative point, if we can say that it is one, is that we would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. but it is with great pleasure that we will recommend this accommodation.

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will be back.

Amazing place in a great location with many activities to do in the region. Charlène made sure we had everything we needed (with some complimentary goodies!). From information on what to do, how to get there (bikes were included), to a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing bathroom. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a quite getaway with fun activities and great sights.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!
