it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Everything was perfect in the accommodation, ( there is nothing missing, there is Everything ) just like the small exchanges we were able to have with the owners. Ideal place to relax and explore the surroundings.

Really great flat and location for a family holiday. Bright open space with a large decking area. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk down into town with nice shops, restaurants and waterfront. Got a good workout walking up the steep hill to the flat a couple of times a day! The local swimming pool was the best I’ve been to - we went several times swimming in the lake pool and heated open pool. Plenty of places to visit via car or ferry.

Renata is honestly the most wonderful host we have had on Airbnb. Incredible communication and fantastic tips. The accommodation itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated with a lot of little attentions. Surroundings are incredible too. Little gem with wonderful hosts, a short ride away from Geneva, and in the lovely town of Nyon. A must ! We will be back for sure.

The hosts as well as the apartment lived up to our expectations, faithfully reflecting the proposed listing. With its bedroom and living room French windows that open onto the balcony, this apartment is both very pleasant and functional. Émilie and Romain were charming and responsive. A recommended address with shops nearby, very well located to stay in this region. Between Thonon-Les-Bains and Évian, which are close by, on the shores of Lake Geneva and at the foot of the mountains, this peaceful address avoids the summer crowds and offers a pleasant walk to the edge of the lake. We had a lovely stay at the apartment. This one is very clean, very well equipped. The small terrace is lovely. The accommodation is close to the lake and the center. Pieric is very responsive. We recommend and will be back. Thonon is a very pleasant city, the landscapes, the lake, everything is soothing... a nice destination 😊

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

We felt right at home in Sylvie’s place! She had thoughtful touches for our kids, gave us flexible check-in/check-out times, and was always really responsive. The place is very well equipped. Private parking is a huge plus. The apartment stayed cool despite the summer heat. Location is perfect for visiting the region.
