Everything is perfect, although when checking in we did not find the remote control of the gate, Eduardo responded immediately to solve the problem, delivering a solution. Everything that the description of the house is fulfilled, it is a great place to go as a family and the house is in perfect condition, there was nothing we needed and it hasn't been. I would definitely go again.

The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to spend a good weekend. When I arrived, the heater was on, making the space very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra blanket for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One day, the water in the shower came out cold. I had to wait half an hour for it to warm up. The only negative thing I can say is that the apartment was dirty. I looked under the bed for a sock and noticed that it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another problem I had was with the address. The street name is incorrect on Google Maps. You have to follow the location that Daniela sends and not the address that appears on Airbnb.

Excellent place to rest and disconnect, the beaches super close (to go by car), the house is impeccable, as seen in the photos, maybe a little frosty in the mornings (summer), but it contains everything you need, as a recommendation, to bring mute plugs for mosquitoes, because there are thousands! Hostess a 7, she gives you all the info that is needed both for the house and touring the surroundings.

Wea cottage, very well equipped, good location, quiet sector and close to the beach. It's a great place to stay. The place is comfortable and the same as the photos. We really enjoyed it. Completely recommending.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Very good place. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped, good heating, large and complete kitchen. Even the dishwasher is the best I've reserved on the platform for the price/product. I recommend it.

The apartment is small but cozy,ideal for a short stay or as a couple. It stands out for its nice ocean view,perfect for relaxing. The surroundings of the condominium are pleasant to walk, with green areas and quiet trails. Overall, a good place if you're looking for rest and nature near the sea. :)

Beautiful place and very quiet, perfect for rest and enjoy as a family. Everything was very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Very clean and well thought out, easy to get to. We enjoyed a very nice weekend! The immaculate pool and relaxing space. Ivannia always kept in touch and always with very clear instructions and good recommendations. Excellent and very nice house. We were able to make lunch and celebrate my husband's birthday, without any mishap, in a very nice and safe environment. The condominium is very quiet and cared for and the house is very large and with everything you need to be very comfortable. Christian was always very concerned and attentive to what we needed, very kind and facilitator to make our stay optimal, really a 10 from start to finish. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you very much for letting us live your beautiful home for the weekend. Excellent experience and certainly God through, we will come back to the future!!

Excellent place, one of my favorites to host in the area

The place is wonderful. Very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is atomic. The terrace is giant, the view is 180 degrees and the descent to the beach is direct. Easy to get to. The only thing I don't recommend is for people dependent on wheelchairs or cars, because you have to go down a floor down the staircase, nothing serious, but complicated for people with little mobility. Everything else is super-equipped. Unexpected highlight: the janitor Ariel passed by for kind and helpful, he helped us at all times.

Christians B&B was on a perfect location with a large kitchen, gorgeous view, a big bedroom en a very nice balcony but after we arrived we discovered that the internet was not working. We contacted Christian and he immediately called us. It turned out that the internet company did not show up that day to fix it. Christian offered us to move to his other apartment on the other side of the street where the internet was working. This apartment was even nicer than the one we booked! What a very good service and we really enjoyed our stay!! thanks again Christian!!!

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. Rodolfo was an exceptional host: very kind, attentive and always making sure that I didn't miss anything.
