The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Benz is located in the charming hilly Achterland of the island of Usedom, 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. In addition to thatched houses, there is a Dutch windmill with original furnishings, a small gallery, and brick church with a beautiful wooden cassette ceiling designed as a starry sky, where concerts can be experienced regularly in the summer. The apartment is located in my old thatched roof house and is flooded with light and friendly. It is good for couples.

We offer an apartment in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. The apartment was completed in June 2019, is located on the first floor and has modern amenities. The Achterwasser and the harbor of Zempin can be reached within 5 minutes' walk. The Baltic Sea and the spa square are a 10-minute walk away. In our seaside resort you will find a bakery, various restaurants and snacks, as well as a doctor. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. Through the sofa bed, stays with three people are possible. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. They are within minutes walking on the cliff of Bansin. Also within walking distance: shops, cafes, restaurants, as well as the promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surrounding area stress-free.

It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
