The apartment Carlo is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 1-room apartment with double bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 100 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. We have 2 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

On the 2nd floor of our house, we offer a large apartment for 2 people. In the immediate vicinity, to shopping, bus and train connections, as well as in the middle of the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. You enter through your separate entrance via a spacious staircase in the long hallway of your apartment. From there, the respective rooms, reading & storage room for luggage, bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room are easily accessible.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Small apartment Bansin village

Relax in this special and quiet place. Small apartment in Bansin Dorf. 15 minutes by foot and train station and Lidl, 25 minutes you can reach the center of Seebad Bansin and the beach in 25 minutes. The apartment is quiet. Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. There is a storage facility for the bikes under the carport. In front of the bungalow is a cozy corner for eating and grilling.

Vacation home on the Achterwasser

The lovingly furnished apartment is in a quiet location on the Achterwasser, in Bernsteinbad Ückeritz. The harbor, with a surf school, boat rental, restaurants and not to forget, the unforgettable sunsets, is right outside the front door. The apartment is modern, Scandinavian furnished and offers, with a size of 35 m², enough space for two people. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is a non-smoking area.
