Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Korouoma hiking trails and winter ice falls are only 5 kilometers away - the perfect destination for hikers, ice climbers and nature lovers all year round.

Villa with some luxury in a peaceful nature, but still next to summer and winter sport possibilities. Only few hundred meters from bike/ski rental and close to Syöte national park. This is for you who want to see some beautiful Finnish nature and after that relax in sauna and jacuzzi or in front of the fireplace. Each season has its own wonders waiting for you. Cleaning 100€ extra if you need it. Sheets and towels 25€/person if needed.

A stunning cottage on the slopes of Pikku-Syöte – your own peace and breathtaking views! A detached cottage in the middle of nature, completed in 2022. The cottage has a spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a wood-fired sauna. Suitable for 6 adults and 2-3 children. Almost direct access from the yard to the ski slopes and Pikku-Syötteen slopes, Iso-Syötteen only 3 km away. Perfect holiday destination for both winter and summer!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. A cottage completed in late 2023 on Rahkasarantie. Quiet but central location. The feed trails and bike paths leave almost from the door. About 800m to the ski slope. The cottage is equipped with an electric grill in summer and a garden hose for washing the wheels.
