I had travelled with my family including an infant. This place just felt like home away from home. Nicely maintained & a responsive host. This would definitely be my first option for my next Pondy staycation!!

Our stay at The Coast - Ocean was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and designed for comfort. All the rooms, including the living room are on the top floor, so yes it did get hot but that wasn't a problem because the ACs were fantastically fast-cooling. The bathrooms are spacious and brightly lit. In fact, the entire property is devoid of any dingy corner. Checking in was smooth, thanks to Sushma, who was prompt, efficient, and accessible while respecting our privacy. While the comfort of the rooms may discourage you to step out, step out you must, because the beach, the iconic cafes and the restaurants are all so close! I'd definitely recommend this for a group of 4 to 6.

Great property, close to Promenade Beach (2 mins) in the White Colony, legit everything is a mere 5-10 mins walking away. The property was also very good, and offered a comfortable stay.

Stayed for over 20days. It's was our last route of 6months traveling.. So decided to stay in one place to rest and enjoy the surrounding without having to change places. The house is spacious, has basic kitchen for cooking which we utilised it every day. Super quiet and peaceful despite near the main road. McDonald's just a walking distance from this place. Owner very responsive to all our queries. We rent the motorbike from her and she arrange taxi for us for the airport with reasonable rate. Highly recommended is you want homely stay.. We enjoyed it very much

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

Property is at a great location. Surrounding is extremely busy. There is no car parking, you may have to park car on road side.

It’s conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the charming French Colony just 1 km away, which made exploring the area super easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it great for those who enjoy cooking or just need a quick meal. Most of the main attractions are within close proximity, so getting around was a breeze. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the area — it truly felt like a home away from home!

Very responsive and helpful host. Clean home which met our needs more than adequately. Due to our limited time and hectic schedule we could not spend time with the host family. We will definitely return in the cooler months and spend more time and explore the lovely city. Thank you guys!!

Had a great 2-night stay — the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. It is near to Rock beach and walkable to many good restaurants and French colony. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable visit!

Our stay felt like home away from home at Kavi's place. It was beautiful, with a very well-maintained garden outdoors, and it's just a minute's walk away from the beach. and there is even an old school gym set up by the terrace, a great add-on amenity to have at an Airbnb. Kavi had connected us with some great local contacts to have a surprise birthday plan, which we set up on his rooftop. Over all a great and peaceful experience, and I would stay at the same place when I get a chance to revisit. Thank You Kavi - You have been a great host.

really cooperative and helpful host. clear view to the sea. all zomato Swiggy delivery serve at the location. some electrical fixtures like balcony fan, sockets and kitchen light needs to be fixed. else really good.

The stay was incredibly cozy and felt just like home. It had all the amenities we needed, and the check-in process was seamless. Located in a peaceful residential area, it was just a 10-minute ride to all major attractions. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with your family. We had a great time. The team at La Ruelle was very responsive, making the entire check-in and out experience easy. The place is as the description suggests, close to the beach 🏖️ and right in the midst of White town. Felt right at 🏡! ✨
