We had the best time at the apartment. Location is amazing, private, beach is right outside your doors, plenty of space. Activities within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean. Monica and Virgilio were there when we needed them. Would love to come back.

This apartment is excellent. It is spacious, comfortable, with a very good design, and a very good location, 200 meters from the beach. The supermarket 10 minutes away makes it easy to stay with the family. The pool is very good too. Everything is as shown in the photos. Excellent bedding and linens. We really enjoyed this vacation.

The stay was very pleasant, the equipment of the house is quite accurate in the ad except for the grill that is not the one in the photo because the one there was quite old and used! The wifi was good and the pool and jacuzzi are also very good! There are several things I didn't like, having to constantly explain to the security guards to be able to access with friends or family, and if you don't let them know before 5 in the afternoon, no one can enter! The golf cart to get around the resort is not included in the price, and if you don't have a vehicle, it's quite necessary because the beach is about 20 minutes away on foot! You can't eat at the resorts unless you pay for a day pass that includes enjoying the resort and accessing the buffets, which, depending on the resort, can cost between 50 and 160 euros because there are several resorts within the complex. Having to pay for the electricity in the room didn't seem right to me either, but the ad explains it well.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pricillas apartment for 2 month during the winter 2016. The apartment is located in a very nice neigborhood and right by the beach. The apartment is wunderful, its very modern and has all the things you need for a long time stay. There is a big pool, gym and laudry room. Pricilla was an awesome host. She offerts to get us taxis, recomended restaurants and nightclubs. If we ever had any questions or such she helped us immidiatly. During our stay we mostly stayed in Punta cana so this was a perfect home away from home for us. We are looking forward to come back here one day in the future. We definately recomended it.

I never stayed at Diane's place personally as i booked the trip for my Mum and her friend. But i know they had a wonderful time in a lovely home and that Diane was a great host who made the trip more enjoyable and a lot easier. I would recommend that anyone choose this option when booking a trip to Punta Cana.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. If we had any minor issues they resolved them quickly. The location was good because you can easily walk to the grocery store coffee stand or the bus station. We could tell that the host takes pride in making their guests feel comfortable. Amazing stay, super quiet and completely safe. Cynthia's condo is big and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed as a single woman and walked the whole neighborhood with zero problems. 10 - 15 minutes walk to main beach and restaurants. Excellent location and easy check in. Cynthia is the best! It feels like your own private resort!!

we loved our stay and Antonio was proactive the questions I asked, he answered me very quickly but we noticed in the kitchen and in the bedroom cameras. it's about unplugging them during your stay and reconnecting them when you leave it's no more serious, the pool right in front of us was accessible. always well maintained. we loved on the other hand beware of the neighbors thank you very much and see you next time

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

the villa provided by Binca and managed by Veruska was beautiful to stay in for the week, inside the villa complex were nice and tidy roads and great views of the golf course and greenery in the area. Binca was very helpful in booking excursions at short notice and we had regular contact with the manager Veruska during our stay which was pleasant and relaxing throughout! really made it enjoyable in an unfamiliar location and with my group not being fluent in the local language, helped us avoid a lot of hassle with travel and places to visit.

To describe our vacation at The Sanctuary was AMAZING! To be up front we were initially taken aback by the additional costs that we were not aware of until full payment was received. Be prepared to pay for electricity and make sure you note the extra cost for the Airbnb surcharg tax. We also took the offer for transport to and from the airport with a stop to buy groceries for an additional $185 US. This would have been much less with Uber or even through prearranged transportation through trip advisor. With the additional charges it cost us an additional $650 US or $935 Canadian. The condo itself was perfect! Everything was supplied so no need to buy dish soap, paper towels or toilet paper. We also had a cleaning service every 3 days with towel changes and beach towels. We were there 3 weeks so there was also a bed linen change. Last but not least the property manager, Yasha was wonderful, and was always available when we contacted her. We will be back!

We had a great time at playa turquesa N401. The condo was very spacious and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pool and grounds were well maintained and we felt very safe. Julie and Caran were very helpful throughout the stay and offered great recommendation and assistance with bookings. We hope to return!

Ben was attentive and very kind. The apartment was nice and spacious, with very good finishes and quite close to the beaches. We felt very comfortable with my family. We will return very soon to Punta Cana and Sol Tropical.

I enjoyed staying at this airbnb! I loved that it was only a few mins from the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. If you have kids, this airbnb is an excellent choice. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Otherwise, this Airbnb is well equipped. I hope to stay here again.
