Apartment holiday rentals in Puente Tocinos

Great location! Around the corner of Plaza Flores with some nice restaurants. Across the street is a nice local coffee bar. The river, the shopping street, the Real Casino (a must see), the cathedral, everything is closeby. There is also a nice market around the corner. The apartment is really quiet and we loved the details of the decoration! I would recommend this appartment.

About 15-20 minute walk to downtown, was just a 1 night stop to break our journey. Did not feel particularly welcome in Murcia as a tourist but this is nothing to do with accommodation but a general observation for tourists. Few small issues at the property but Jesus apologised and they did not really impact our stay. The apartment itself is finished to an extremely high standard.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

The stay at Amparo's accommodation was fantastic. The apartment is very suitable for spending a few days with friends. It is very clean and well organized. The directions to get there are very clear and easy. We really appreciate the fact that you have parking to leave the car every day. If we return to Murcia, we will definitely repeat.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2-bedroom ground floor apartment. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The private garden area was a real highlight—perfect for morning coffees, evening BBQs, or just lounging on the outdoor sofa. The apartment is in a peaceful part of the golf resort but still close to all the main facilities, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the start. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway :)

A very good place to stay!

Agustín was very kind at all times. The house is great, everything new and nicely decorated. The super comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Definitely 100% recommended. It is also in the center of the city where you have access to everything.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

We have already visited Raimondas' apartment several times. We like the peace of Flamenca Village and the apartment with a roof terrace. The cycling roads in the area are excellent. There was also a locked storage room for bikes in the garage. 👍 It's great that now the roof terrace also has a water hose, which you can use to wash it from the dust of the Sahara. Thanks for that Raimondas and Svetlana! We will definitely come again! 😍
