Everything was wonderful, the service was incredible, everything was fabulous, thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

It was a very pleasant stay, the apartment is well located near the center and the main beaches, the whole area is very safe ✨️ We loved the pool, it closes at 9:00 pm and we almost had it to ourselves, plus the apartment is right in front of it, which is very convenient. Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and the TV had Netflix. In addition, the guards at the entrance were very friendly and Ekaterina was always attentive to any questions. We will definitely return.

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

The service was good, except for a small inconvenience that they solved and they helped me have a good stay. I will definitely return to the loft to occupy it! Thanks for the attention.

The accommodation was nice, in addition to being inside the Camino Real hotel and you can use the facilities as well as the pool and its beach, which is very quiet and close to restaurants and bars, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies, it takes a while to respond but it does resolve the doubts, my family and I enjoyed the stay a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us as a family with three kids, and the decor was beautiful. The value was excellent, and the only thing I would recommend is to turn on the air before guests arrive. We came in the summer so it did take a bit for the house to cool down, but once the a/c was running, the bedrooms were comfortable.

I recommend this Condo, it is beautiful and the view from the deck is stunning. Walkable to Playa Arrocito which is very nice.

This is a very well done and unique home. We were there for two weeks and it was a delight. The cabanas are well designed and fit perfectly with the lush surrounding tropical vegetation. This is a special property clearly loved by the owners. The family designed and built the units and it stands out from other 'cookie cutter' units in the area that were clearly just built to turn a peso. Pauline and her son are always available and often on site tending to things. The woman who cleaned each week for us was very thorough and clearly cared about her work. As did the young fellow who tended to the beautiful plantings and all things outdoors while we were there. There are many fine restaurants just down the hill on the main street through town. And the vast beaches are just beyond. Five minutes to the street and then two more to be on the beach itself. There are little markets with fresh fruit and vegetables and several small groceries. Bring pesos. (And shampoo.) And enjoy!

Great place to stay. Felt right at home

A beautiful place, away from the urbanity. Unique for enjoying nature and the beach. The super rich and comfortable rooms. My whole family was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the stay. We felt at home. And the company of the pink dogs maria, Rutis and the kitty fritzi. Nice then always very peaceful and respectful. Thilo is very attentive and also Chai is always very attentive. We will definitely be back

An exceptional place for a family vacation. The house is even better than in photos: spacious, bright and designed to provide peace and comfort. The spaces are carefully set, with details that make you fall in love, such as a fountain at the entrance ideal for meditating with a glass of wine. For wine lovers, there is a cooler and quality glasses. They also have an excellent library. The pool has the perfect temperature to relax all afternoon and the terrace is a magical corner to enjoy the rain, the aromas of the plants and the sounds of the jungle. I rented a car because of the hot weather in Huatulco. The area is very safe and you can leave it outside without any problems, although the house also has a garage. From my perspective, entering the car into the garage would break the natural harmony of the place a little. A place that invites you to return. It accurately describes the romantic and natural atmosphere of my beloved Huatulco.

Our family had a very comfortable stay at the Arrocito Beach Villa. The unit was very very modern and well decorated. The kids loved using the pool. Transportation was easily accessible and the beach was a quick walk. Jeanett was great. She was very attentive and provided many recommendations throughout our stay.

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

A comfortable, clean place, good location. I was surprised how well they took care of all the details, there were beach towels, iron, washing machine, wifi and even a bathrobe to get out of the shower. I highly recommend it, everything was better than I imagined.

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

The place is nice, very nice and quiet with many views and activities. I recommend it to my family. They loved it. I recommend it 100%

This is a very lovely place with a fantastic sea view. Also a very well equipped kitchen and ample space. Air conditioning works great and very easy on site parking. We would definitely stay again.

This place was AMAZING. The view was even better than the photos, truly a paradise. The property felt very safe and the guys working security at the front gate were also great. Loved that we could get water jugs for the in-unit water station and not have to worry about buying bottles from the store every day. Already talking about coming back to this spot again with friends ◡̈
