Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Puerto Aventuras

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Awesome place for the family! I was a little skeptical about at first buying an Airbnb in Mexico (since I have never been there before), but after staying here, I can definitely say I will be back. I never once felt unsafe and it was nice to see the police everywhere around the neighborhood for added security. The place was easy to find and a very great location, the taxis around Playa del Carmen are also very reasonable. So many restaurant options all within a five minute walk of the property. Also, plenty of late night bars to stop at. The roof top pool was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and Cozumel. Pool also has a bar with great drink prices. The beach was a quick walk away, but I would suggest taking a taxi though too Playa - 72, a much more quiet beach if you don't want a crowd. Lastly, the host was very attentive and always responded when needed. The front desk was also a great resource for anything we needed. I will definitely be back here!

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, comfortable, the terrace and the pool were very relaxing to spend the afternoon. We only had a few problems at check-in with the access key, but then we talked to the host and he solved it by giving us a door number

I’ve been to the area before. Nice location with great restaurants. Has a beautiful infinity pool with a bar which is a nice plus. Not enough seating around the pool or umbrellas though. Close walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. No dishwasher which was surprising. Close to food store 7 min walk. Close to ferry to Cozumel and excursions. Would recommend and come again.

Check in was super easy and quick! Front desk staff super helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was even bigger than expected and I was happy to have a safe. The only issue we had was with the AC unit and it was leaking for a bit but it resolved itself and never did it again. Location was perfect! Everything was walking distance we did not have to taxi at all. Having a grocery store, beautiful gym, 7/11 and restaurants around the corner was perfect. If I am back in Playa, I will be renting this unit again!

Jess is very kind, always very attentive, the place is better than the photos describe. With a good signal, always disinterested in any place and central to move to any point of the Mayan river. Congratulations, 5 stars without a doubt.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Very good apartment. We loved the condo, it has everything you could want; you can go to the public beach, the Kay beach club or get a pass at the Bahia Principe hotels. Very close to Akumal to snorkel with turtles (unmissable), the archaeological zone and cenotes. The beds are comfortable and it has a good space on the balcony. Ruben always responded quickly and kindly.

The rental is literally in the middle of everything 5th street has to offer. The private pool is a special amenity. We used the kitchen to make a few meals. About a 3 minute walk to the beaches. And on top of all that I can’t say enough nice things about Stefano. He was very quick with replies for any messages we sent him. We had an issue arise and needed to leave 2 days early. Without any asking he refunded us for those days. He didn’t need to do that and we weren’t expecting him to. Shows what a truly nice person he is. Thank you again Stefano.

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's attentions were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential area is very quiet and above all safe. My description in 3 words, beautiful, safe and quiet.

I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

A peaceful jungle retreat with all the essentials We had a lovely stay at this beautiful jungle home, surrounded by nature and wildlife – we saw plenty of iguanas during the day and even spotted a couple of scorpions and a small snake at night (to be expected given the location, but worth noting!). The house is compact but well-equipped with everything you need. Facilities are excellent, and the space was more than adequate for a comfortable stay. Despite some previous reviews, we did have hot water – the shower handle is just reversed, so turn it to “cold” for hot! There were a few power outages during our stay, which is fairly common in the area. One outage lasted several hours, so keep that in mind when stocking up the fridge. Our host was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout. That said, an information booklet covering things like the shower, local amenities, and how to manage during power cuts would have been really helpful and saved a few messages. The bed shee

Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
