The apartment itself was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building staff and concierge were friendly and professional, which made a big difference. I felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely at ease during my entire stay. The location is ideal: just about a mile from Viva Mall, with easy, walkable access to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood felt secure, and the added bonus of a pool made relaxing even easier. This place let me enjoy Barranquilla the way it’s meant to be experienced: peacefully and with confidence. I highly recommend this listing and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place, it met expectations and exceeded them. Quiet, comfortable, safe and private, in our case, José's apartment has everything we were looking for to enjoy a few great days with the family, the tranquility and privacy, unsurpassed. Totally recommended. We already miss it. We hope to be back soon.

I stayed with my parents, my brother, my aunt and my husband with the aim of visiting family. The apartment was very comfortable, well organized and nice, in an area that we felt very safe and close to shops. The air conditioning is very effective and each agitation has a good supply of what is needed to rest. The room does not need air conditioning, because with the windows open there is very good air circulation during the seasons of the year in which we were. There are several steps to follow with different aspects of the apartment, and Sandra, the host, is very clear in giving instructions to resolve each situation without additional help. Although there were some details, Sandra was very attentive, responded and maintained very good communication. We would definitely stay in his apartment on a future visit to Barranquilla. Please note that the washing machine is only available for stays of 4 nights or more.

This place is incredible, and the host is extremely attentive. The location is extremely central and close to great bars and restaurants.

Most genuine and loving hosts! They are so welcoming and caring and really value connecting with their guests. We stayed during carnival and it’s quite loud as there are street parties right outside (but this is to be expected with carnival)! I will define you stay with them again next time we’re in Barranquilla. Thank you so much family!

I stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I especially liked the location of the accommodation, very quiet, safe. Overall, my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
