Gran sofá-cama, calefacción central, aire acondicionado frío/calor, ventanas de doble vidrio hermético con cortinas blackout. Colchón extra para utilizar en el suelo. Ubicado en torre de lujo con modernas instalaciones: Piscina para niños y adultos, dos parrillas con mesas y sillas, hermoso jardín, laundry completo (lavarropa y secarropa), portero, seguridad 24hs y dos ascensores. La ubicación del edifico es perfecta, se adapta especialmente a turistas que vienen a visitar Buenos Aires y el mejor sitio para ello es el histórico barrio porteño de San Telmo, donde encontrarán clases de tango por todos lados, ferias artesanales, ferias de antigüedades, bares, cafés y restaurants típicos de la ciudad, calles adornadas con antiguas y hermosas farolas, con gran cantidad de visitantes de todo el mundo. La oferta gastronómica en las cercanías del departamento es muy variada y destaca su gran vida nocturna. Fácil acceso desde las principales autopistas, cerca del microcentro, zona bancaria, Casa de Gobierno porteña, Casa Rosada, Congreso de la Nación y tribunales. En la misma cuadra encontrarán dos estacionamiento, carnicería, almacén, quiosco, panadería, y más. Waterfront apartment, built in an 18th century recycled port warehouse at real Puerto Madero, the best and safest place to enjoy Buenos Aires city. First floor, but you have 4 elevators to use. Big balcony facing the pedestrian footpath along the river, with a great view over the docks. Plenty of bars and restaurants just in the dock and nearby,. 1´walking to a big cinema complex and tango shows. 5´ to San Telmo and the Floating Casino. Very close of many other cultural and historic places.
