Big balcony facing the pedestrian footpath along the river, with a great view over the docks. Plenty of bars and restaurants just in the dock and nearby,. 1´walking to a big cinema complex and tango shows. 5´ to San Telmo and the Floating Casino. Very close of many other cultural and historic places.
