great stay. it lives up to its name, it is a real corner of peace. Queen a unique energy Ximena, always available from the moment of booking, giving us the way to arrive with photos and videos.

The house is very comfortable, with spacious spaces, lots of bathrooms and beds with a central kitchen dining area that is the protagonist of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are ultra clean. It has a pellet stove that in my opinion is a little insufficient to heat all the spaces, although it has electric stoves that can be used in the pieces, maybe in the coldest months it could be little. Anyway it is very comfortable, I recommend it 100% for large groups or families.

We had a wonderful time, lovely space, we felt immerse in the native forest. Loved the rain, the sun, and our daily walks. Diego was a wonderful host!

Rodrigo's house is beautiful, very welcoming, very quiet bario, zero noises, nothing is missing, super equipped, minutes from everything, gated garache, and everything indicated in the photos, Rodrigo responds in seconds, very friendly. The distances to Frutillar, Petrohue and surroundings are not felt with the beautiful landscapes , we really liked Puerto Octay .

The place is amazing, the house is super comfortable and equipped with everything. The location is ideal in the middle of Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt, if you want to visit both places. Viviana is super attentive and friendly, available for any need. We would definitely go back.

If it goes without a vehicle, it is a good place to stay, in our case we were able to walk and get close to supermarkets, shops, tourist attractions, in addition to locomotion in the vicinity. The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well cared for. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the beaches of the area, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from the center. The apartment itself is very well maintained and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

From the beginning, Christian kindly responded to the messages. had no complications in accepting check-in before 3pm and check-out after 3pm. As long as the apartment doesn't have another reservation. When I arrived I followed the instructions, it was fun to find the key and open the door. What I can highlight the most is the bathroom. It has a spectacular shower. The second best is the living room. It is very cozy next to the heater, carpet and futon. In general, I really appreciate the stay in this apartment.

The place is close to the center of Puerto Varas and transportation to get to the different places to visit in the Llanquihue lake area. The apartment has everything described. I arrived on a somewhat complex day that was beyond everyone's control, but Jeannette was always attentive and willing to help at all times, which is greatly appreciated.
