Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Puerto Morelos

Pros: Awesome location. 3 min walk to beach and just far enough from 5th Ave that it’s quiet at night. Great doormen. Bed is super soft (may be problematic if prefer harder beds) and bedroom is dark. Good WiFi but some sporadic issues. Pool up top is nice but small. Neutral: There is “some” noise from the closest bars on 5th Ave, but the bedroom is set back from street inside the building, so with ear plugs I never had any issues (and I’m a freak about sound at night). Cons: Gets lots of afternoon sun, so it cooks inside. Have to pay for electricity, but mine totaled less than 40 pesos/day after running AC for ~75 min/day. Hotter months could be brutal though. Not great for work at home as the chairs aren’t comfortable or ergonomic. Kitchen could use a full set of cooking knives and a wider variety of pots and pans.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

The condo was clean and comfortable and the hosts very accommodating to our last-minute stay. We even got a tour of the area and some valuable real estate information. Thanks again for your hospitality - we’ll be back.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

The apartment is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. When I booked, I was a little worried about the noise that other guests said they had heard, since my intention was to work about 3 days from there, but to my surprise there was no noise, I was able to work quietly (the Internet worked wonderfully) and our 8-month-old baby was at home. We stayed 2 weeks and everything was excellent, we would definitely come back.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for one week and had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a quiet week away from the party feel of Cancún and Play Del Carmen Elizabeth’s place in Puerto Morelos is perfect. The beach is 50 meters away and is beautiful. I would highly recommend renting bikes to get into downtown Puerto Morelos as well as the Colonia side. We biked with our kids everywhere and had a blast. The place itself is spacious and clean with nice views. Elizabeth is a very kind host and was always there to help us if any issues came up. If you’re looking for a quiet beachside vacation, I highly recommend

we had a fantastic family vaction. Gabby was responsive and easy to work with. we had some concerns when checking in and Gabby went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. we were traveling with an infant and Gabby picked up a brand new crib and highchair for our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. Any problems were dealt with to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. t The house was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the knives could do with sharpening. The pool was not terribly inviting as it was full of leaves and quite cold as it was located in a shady area and was not heated. But that was not in the control of the owners of course. easy to get to the beach with Uber. Good places to eat in the neighborhood, especially Dona Paula's taco stand on the corner. Something useful would be a guide book.

The location is very accessible, the house is almost at the entrance of the fractionation and the route passes in front of this is very close to the port I recommend it a lot, the house has the necessary amenities

To give perspective, we were 6 adults and 5 children ages 15 mos, 2 3 yr olds and 2 6 yr olds. The place is absolutely beautiful, charming and artistic. It was soooo spacious and airy. We had nice rooms each with a bathroom. The large courtyard had a pool that was perfect for the kids. There’s a large play area between the beach and the house. It was perfect! Mayela, the hostess, was so prompt in answering messages. She was great to work with. My family is already planning our next visit there.

The house was largely as described, the kitchen had everything needed for anything we wanted to prepare. The hosts were incredibly responsive to minor issues and they were addressed promptly and with great communication to ensure our comfort. The only issues were one bedroom was described as a queen bed but had two (I think) twins or fulls. The guestbook provided had many great places to visit, the homes proximity to both Puerto Morales and Playa provides a long list of options for dining and things to do. We would definitely visit again and stay at this house.

We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

They welcomed us with a super clean, organized apartment and with all the amenities to have an extremely comfortable experience. The access instructions were perfect, the atmosphere was private and quiet. We were able to rest and enjoy Playa del Carmen. I especially thank Lupita, with whom I had direct communication, for her warmth, communication and resolution. We'll be back 😊

This place was just like home and I would rebook it if I had to go back again. Everything was perfect. Its closer to most nearby attractions.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We were amazed with such a great area! From the moment that we turned to our street, everyone was flabbergasted, we could see the beach and the beautiful water. Our building had a safe underground garage. It was actually at walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants in front and all around our location. We found a wonderful coffee place, AHOCACAO. Ask the locals, they’ll recommend great taco stands. Pharmacies and convenience stores literally next door to us. If you need tour guides, they’re posted in all over. Oh, the farther that you walk, the cheaper the souvenirs will be. You can also exchange money in front of a convenience store til 9pm. The area felt very safe. We never felt that there was anything to be on the on the lookout about. We could not believe that we actually were so lucky to choose this location! A plus is that our check in time was 3, but they allowed us in at 2:30. If you choose this location, you’ll have fantastic hosts and an unforgettable experience
