Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Puerto Morelos

Pros: Awesome location. 3 min walk to beach and just far enough from 5th Ave that it’s quiet at night. Great doormen. Bed is super soft (may be problematic if prefer harder beds) and bedroom is dark. Good WiFi but some sporadic issues. Pool up top is nice but small. Neutral: There is “some” noise from the closest bars on 5th Ave, but the bedroom is set back from street inside the building, so with ear plugs I never had any issues (and I’m a freak about sound at night). Cons: Gets lots of afternoon sun, so it cooks inside. Have to pay for electricity, but mine totaled less than 40 pesos/day after running AC for ~75 min/day. Hotter months could be brutal though. Not great for work at home as the chairs aren’t comfortable or ergonomic. Kitchen could use a full set of cooking knives and a wider variety of pots and pans.

Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, This place is a perfect choice. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

The condo was clean and comfortable and the hosts very accommodating to our last-minute stay. We even got a tour of the area and some valuable real estate information. Thanks again for your hospitality - we’ll be back.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

El departamento es genial y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Al reservar me preocupaba un poco el ruido que comentaban otros huéspedes haber sentido, ya que mi intencion era trabajar unos 3 dias desde allá, pero para mi sorpresa no hubo nada de ruido, pude trabajar tranquilo (el Internet funcionaba de maravilla) y nuestra bebé de 8 meses estuvo como en casa. Estuvimos 2 semanas y todo excelente, sin duda volveríamos.

From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We really enjoyed our stay. Any problems were dealt with to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. t The house was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the knives could do with sharpening. The pool was not terribly inviting as it was full of leaves and quite cold as it was located in a shady area and was not heated. But that was not in the control of the owners of course. easy to get to the beach with Uber. Good places to eat in the neighborhood, especially Dona Paula's taco stand on the corner. Something useful would be a guide book.

La ubicación es muy accesible la casa está casi en la entrada del fraccionamiento y la ruta pasa en frente de este está muy cercas del puerto La recomiendo mucho la casa tiene las comodidades necesarias

To give perspective, we were 6 adults and 5 children ages 15 mos, 2 3 yr olds and 2 6 yr olds. The place is absolutely beautiful, charming and artistic. It was soooo spacious and airy. We had nice rooms each with a bathroom. The large courtyard had a pool that was perfect for the kids. There’s a large play area between the beach and the house. It was perfect! Mayela, the hostess, was so prompt in answering messages. She was great to work with. My family is already planning our next visit there.

The house was largely as described, the kitchen had everything needed for anything we wanted to prepare. The hosts were incredibly responsive to minor issues and they were addressed promptly and with great communication to ensure our comfort. The only issues were one bedroom was described as a queen bed but had two (I think) twins or fulls. The guestbook provided had many great places to visit, the homes proximity to both Puerto Morales and Playa provides a long list of options for dining and things to do. We would definitely visit again and stay at this house.

We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.

Awesome! Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

Super beau logement avec un jacuzzi privé, le penthouse est comme les photos. La rue était en construction et nous n’avions pas accès au stationnement. L’hôte nous à remboursé le montant que nous avons payé pour stationner. Cela a été très apprécié même si c’était hors de son contrôle. L’hôte était très réactif et répondait rapidement. Je recommande vivement!!!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

This place was just like home and I would rebook it if I had to go back again. Everything was perfect. Its closer to most nearby attractions.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!
