Holiday rentals with a patio in Puerto Nuevo

Enjoyed our stay. Just as described. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions. We felt at ease and comfortable. Being near the Manantial Ojo de Agua, restaurants, the beach as well as local stores, was also a great plus. Recommended.

Wonderful little spot, extremely clean air worked like a dream kitchen was well stocked with necessities and we were extremely happy with our stay! Host provided lots of information regarding the highlights nearby which was so helpful. We were looking for a stay last minute and were so grateful to the host for accommodating us! Would book again!

The Vega Baja Beach House Sands Apartment was the perfect base for exploring Puerto Rico’s stunning north coast. Located at the end of a quiet, gated street, the area felt safe and serene, with beautifully maintained homes and gardens, and the beach entrance just steps away. The apartment was spotless and stylish, featuring a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and roomy bedrooms—each with its A/C unit. The rooftop was a standout, with lounge chairs, a grill, and a Jacuzzi. We especially appreciated the welcome bottle of wine from our thoughtful host, Francisco, who was always very responsive. Having access to a laundry room was a big convenience. The property is just six minutes from the gorgeous Playa de Puerto Nuevo and close to excellent seafood restaurants, while still offering quiet away from the crowds. This listing is on my favorites for Puerto Rico stays, and we are already planning to come back. We only ask the host to add beach chairs and beach Umbrellas to their inventory.

This is now my third air b and b, in the home of my father Puerto Rico. I am please with this home and highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away and have a place to call home.

I absolutely love this place, this was my second time. Where to start, its on the Vega Baja Beach area which has everything to do. Great restaurants and night life. The apartment is on a private street, which has a private beach access. Don't miss having your morning coffee beachfront or sunset time. Alex was very accessible , the place is exactly like the pictures, modern decoration. Very peaceful space. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vega Baja or Manati.

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

Was really satisfied with this home. It felt cozy and right at home. Communication with Fernan was great. Definitely recommend the place especially if you have a big family like ours. We were near the beaches and good food to eat around the area.

This home was even more beautiful than the photos. The peaceful location offered a true local experience, yet was only 10–15 minutes from major stores and stunning beaches. The sound of rain on the roof was incredibly calming, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with friendly locals, horses, and hidden gems to explore. Restaurants nearby were excellent, many right by the water. The host was attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Truly a great value—I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Rock & Roll Little Guest House was amazing and we loved the super cool theme. It was exactly as described: air conditioning and Wifi worked great, bedrooms were large and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and spacious and shower pressure and temperature were always excellent. Jorges' house had all the items (chairs, towels, a volleyball, board games, Bluetooth speaker) to facilitate a fantastic experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to cook (pots, pans and utensils). The backyard and the pool were amazing, and the entertainment room is a great addition for those who want to watch movies or listening to music. This place is conveniently located near the Puerto Nuevo beach, supermarket and great restaurants. Check in was super simple and the host was extremely communicative and hospitable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

I was traveling with a group of friends and family. We all enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were flexible, responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again and recommend this air bnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Our stay was amazing . Mark was very responsible . We had a power outage and he was right on top of things to make sure we will be okay . The view to the beach if phenomenal . Great place to stay .

This was our first stay in Vega Baja and it was wonderful. 2 minutes from the beach, supermarket, restaurants, everything in walking distance. The apartment was clean, and had every single thing we needed. Not one complaint! Host was very responsive and helpful. Planning to stay again next time we are in town! Thank you for a great stay!

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Let’s start by saying that Yubal is a great host, always responsive and provides plenty of recommendations. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities described and more. We had an amazing time doing excursions during the day and then relaxing on the hot tubs at the house during the night. Everything is really close including a convinient store 1 mins away and a beautiful beach 3 mins from the house. And let’s not forget about the local pizza place that treated us like family. I’ll recommend this Airbnb to anyone that want to go to PR for any reason. And Yubal is a great host they will make sure you have great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ place and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was seamless, Carlos was super responsive and happy to share local recommendations. Just a 5-minute drive to the beach, the location was perfect. This home is truly a gem, we can’t wait to come back with our family!

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! Thanks!
