This home was even more beautiful than the photos. The peaceful location offered a true local experience, yet was only 10–15 minutes from major stores and stunning beaches. The sound of rain on the roof was incredibly calming, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with friendly locals, horses, and hidden gems to explore. Restaurants nearby were excellent, many right by the water. The host was attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Truly a great value—I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I was traveling with a group of friends and family. We all enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were flexible, responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again and recommend this air bnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Rock & Roll Little Guest House was amazing and we loved the super cool theme. It was exactly as described: air conditioning and Wifi worked great, bedrooms were large and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and spacious and shower pressure and temperature were always excellent. Jorges' house had all the items (chairs, towels, a volleyball, board games, Bluetooth speaker) to facilitate a fantastic experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to cook (pots, pans and utensils). The backyard and the pool were amazing, and the entertainment room is a great addition for those who want to watch movies or listening to music. This place is conveniently located near the Puerto Nuevo beach, supermarket and great restaurants. Check in was super simple and the host was extremely communicative and hospitable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Samuel’s home was perfect. Samuel was great to communicate with, and offered great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in Puerto Rico. The house was close to the beach, and on a quiet and safe street. Felt very safe. Thankyou Samuel!

We enjoyed the apartment and it's facilities very much. it was very well equipped, clean and in a great location. For an apartment complex of this size the pool felt small, but it was nice and they provided a pool umbrella and towels. We cooked and felt the kitchen had plenty to make it possible. Best, and most appreciated part of the stay, was they had battery operated lights in case of a power outage. That showed how proactive they were. We would return knowing we were in great hands.

From booking the stay to checkout,everything was great.Everything from the entrance,to the kitchen,room, bathroom and pool were pristine clean.We enjoyed the tranquility of the area,the private pool was great to sunk in and relax from everyday hectic life.Being in the pool,you could hear lovely birds sing.And since we love nature,my husband and I enjoyed the bird singing while relaxing in the pool and watching the sunset at dusk.The bed was very comfy and the bathroom spacious.I highly recommend this Airbnb for couples looking to relax and unwind.And also to enjoy as spouses. My husband and I used it to have a short honeymoon anniversary celebration of our 10 years of marriage.I strongly advise if you are looking to book a place to stay and that it's also secure to stay here,do so,it's worth the money. We are very greatful we had this stay as first time Airbnb'ers 😉 And we would love to stay again. No more hotels for us.🤗

We went with family and friends, I was able to celebrate my twins' birthday obviously I asked the owner for permission and he told me that if I could, other people could come in who I also asked for permission! Super spacious house 20 of 10

Great experience and awesome communication. Very attentive to our needs and transparency toward a Power failure event. Mostly loved the steps from the beach, walking distance was ridiculously close and obviously was the highlight of our trip. Puerto Nuevo Beach is the most beautiful in PR.

Our family of 20 stayed in four of the Vista Del Mar Condo apartments. It was great to all be together while still having the privacy of separate apartments. The check-in process was smooth, with keys left in lockboxes and easy-to-follow instructions. The apartments looked exactly like the photos, which was reassuring. Francisco was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us useful recommendations, including where to do laundry, and was understanding when we mentioned that we had moved kitchen items (like utensils, pots, and pans) between apartments while cooking for our large group. We weren't sure if everything ended up back in its original place, and he was kind and flexible about it. The apartments met our needs. Although the street noise made it hard to sleep at times, we understand that's outside of Francisco’s control. Reach out to Francisco ahead of time if you're planning to cook during your stay, as the supplies may vary by apartment.

The Host was the best and nicest family you will ever meet. They knew all the great spots and the beach was incredible. What made the place even more great was the host and her family made us feel as we were family and treated us that way. My wife and I recommend this place 100% :)
