Sea View is located in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora Mexico --- an easy 4-hour drive from Phoenix. This custom ocean view multi-level townhome features two large, comfortable upper level master suites with their own bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, separate showers and balconies. The third bedroom is appointed with one queen size bed on the main level. All bed linens and bathroom towels are provided along with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap. The open floor plan featuring an ocean view from the living room includes custom furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and dining table for six with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula. The large custom kitchen features ample and beautiful granite countertops and is fully equipped to allow you the option of preparing meals “in”. Kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, stove, conventional oven and dishwasher. Glassware, dishes, coffee cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and small appliances are provided including a blender and coffee maker. Dish towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. And the crowning feature is the incredible ocean view you’ll enjoy from the private roof top Margarita Deck! Savor your beverage of choice while soaking in the hot tub, lounging in the sun or relaxing under the shade of the large palapa all while gazing out over the sparkling waters of the Sea of Cortez. Happy Hour is extra special when gorgeous sunsets are the free entertainment! Additional features include wi-fi, ceiling fans throughout the home, air conditioning, heating, a private, locking two car garage and private laundry (laundry detergent is not provided). Sea View is conveniently located an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and clubs. A short drive will take you to shopping, golf, tours and water activities including fishing, and boating excursions.

Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condo with a 5-6 minute walk to the beach! The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.
