Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Plata Province

Villa Uno is everything described and more. I would stay at this location time and time again. It beautiful, it’s near everything, it has everything in the kitchen I needed to cook. Everything worked! Sonia response time was perfect and Daniel her maintenance person is extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is literally 2 minute walk and restaurants as well. It’s a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and 20 to a large grocery store. Me and my family couldn’t have been happier at this Villa. And if you are worried about safety don’t be!! I walked this neighborhood at night and never felt unsafe or scared.

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

Great place! Clean, friendly, nice pool. The area is greatly secured. Workers are very helpful. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!

Great place very modern and nice..pool area was exceptional

Xiroyma provided me with a option for all my needs, places to eat, a grounds keeper who was knowledgeable of area and spoke english also go out and retrieve anything that I may need while staying in the villa market items , alcohol etc. even currency exchange. the home is beautiful with a great view over looking Puerto Plata. The compound feels completely safe and secure with a high concrete security wall that surrounds the compound with garage parking. I had an excellent time and will be back.

Friendliest check-in ever. Arrived hours after check-in time after fighting horrendous traffic and was honored to be met by the host herself along with staff too. The staff gave me a brief tour, put keys in my hands, showed me how everything works. Easy. Awesome. Next day saw from my balcony how expensive and beautiful the place is. Yes I plan to return. Thanks much !!

This was my 3rd staying at this property. The apartment feels like home! Ambar (property manager) is by far the greatest communicator in the business, super friendly and responsive. I'm coming back to Puerto Plata in August and needless to stay I'll be staying here again!!

They stay here is very good. It is a beautiful building and interior has a great vibe. The host and team really takes care of the place. Our stay was super comfortable and the AC and showers work very well. Kitchen has everything and well equipped. The balcony is very small we did not use it, but the rooftop makes up for it! Very cool spot to check out the streets. Of the neighborhood. Just beware, there will be many people outside in the streets of the neighborhood, my girl got whistled at a few times. Also make sure you have cash if you want to use the mini market a couple blocks over or you could take a walk to the supermarket which is not far. We got our groceries there and cooked in the Airbnb. Great stay!

Loved my stay here. PLEASE ASK FOR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR YULI, a taxi driver who the host recommended to me. Yuli took me straight to the unit with no issues straight from the airport. Host just so happened to be coming down the stairs and was able to open the unit for me. Very close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. Anytime I needed to reach the host it was a very quick response. The unit is very beautiful and clean! Loved my stay! I really enjoyed the balcony as well! Don’t hesitate to book this unit. I felt very safe. Great communication and beautiful unit!

Rob is a fantastic host and a true expert on the area. His place was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities — plus, it’s in a prime location in Sosúa. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. He also provided me with great local recommendations. A real down-to-earth guide — I’d absolutely recommend him, 10 out of 10.

Excellent place, everything you need, comfortable bed and excellent if you come with a child because next to it is a playground and pool.

Easy check in process. Room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Location is in front of a school and right in the center of all the action in Sosua so it’s not a quiet location, but I was expecting that. Everything in the room worked. The host responded fast when I had an issue. I would stay here again and I recommend it.

We enjoyed staying in Tawn’s place. We have stayed in Playa Dorada and San Marino many times and love the area. San Marino is on the best part of the beach and benefits from its own beach club and restaurant. The apartment is as described. It could do with a new toaster and some cereal bowls but that’s about it. We had an issue with some construction in the apartment block but Tawn was very responsive and got it sorted. Thanks for hosting us Tawn.
